The total tuition fee for the BBA course at IIFT Kakinada is INR 4 lakh. The average package for the course is INR 26.5 lakh. IIFT Kakinada does not offer direct admission. Aspirants have to first apply on the institute's website for admission. Aspirants must hold a valid score in IPMAT for a seat in the institute. Besides, candidates should also meet the eligibility requirements for admission. Once selected, aspirants need to report at the campus for document verification and fee payment.
The Kakinada campus of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has 60 seats for the Integrated Program in Management (IPM).
Every year, around 40,000 students take the IIFT entrance exam, but only 400 are admitted. The 2022–2024 MBA (IB) batch had more than 400 students, with 58% having work experience and 51% from an engineering background.
To be eligible for admission to the IPM at IIFT Kakinada, candidates must have passed the 10+2/XII/HSC examination in 2021, 2022, or 2023, with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates).

According to the IIFT Kakinada 2022-27 prospectus, candidates must have passed the 10+2/XII/HSC examination in 2020, 2021, or 2022 with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender) in the arts, commerce, or Science stream.
A student with 60% in 12th class can get into IIFT if they perform well in other selection process segments, such as the written test, personal interview, group discussion, and essay writing.
According to Shiksha, students from any stream with 50-60% marks in 12th can apply for admission to good BBA colleges through GD/PI rounds. However, eligibility may differ slightly from institute to institute.
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) will accept scores obtained in class 12th and class 10th. Any enterance exam score is not required to get admission at IIFT, Kakinada. One can join IIFT, Kakinada after clearing class 10th also. To be eligible for admission to the college one must have obtained 60% in class 10 and 55% if the candidate is from transgender category. A candidate can also join IIFT Kakinada after clearing the 12th.
