IIFT Kakinada Highlights 2025
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (also known as IIFT Kakinada) is an autonomous body, established in the year 2022. IIFT parents three campuses which are located in Delhi, Kolkata and Kakinada. The Andhra Pradesh government has allotted 25 acres of land to build the IIFT Kakinada campus. This deemed to be university is NAAC accredited with a grade of 'A+' and is accredited by AACSB.
IIFT Kakinada placements are facilitated by the Corporate Relations and Placement Division (CRPD), as an independent institution. Kakinada IIFT offers an MBA and a BBA programme based on merit and entrance. The Institute has an experienced and awarded panel of faculty. Candidates who have passed Class 12/ HSc examination in Arts, Commerce, Science stream or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Transgender) are eligible to apply for IPM at IIFT Kakinada. IIFT Kakinada offers admission in the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) based on IPMAT scores of the candidates. The institute has yet not released IPMAT cutoff requirement for admission to IPM programme. However as per the information available from web, the expected cutoff for General category is 65.767 marks (approx). For SC/ ST/ PwD, it is 55.767 (approx) this year. These cutoffs are based on previous year trends and factors such as exam difficulty level and number of applicants.
