You are eligible for admission but final admission depends on a lot of factors. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIM-B is based on CAT score.

The simple answer is 'no'. If you wish to pursue M. B.A. in I. MS then you have to clear the CAT exam. GATE exam is for those who wants to do M.Tech.

Yes, you are eligible, but you have to clear the entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, AMAT and GMAT.
