Check the relevant cutoff list. I guess you also have to qualify GD/PI to get a final convert in IIMs.

You will get education loan without any hassles (unless you are an exceptional case). There are various scholarships for students with a weaker financial background and you can check with the admissions committee for a list of the same.

Wanting is the first step. I would say just focus on doing as good as possible in CAT first and then you can think about other things like fees and scholarships (once you make it).

Sorry, but it will be quite difficult for you to get into IIM-A and B. As C doesn't have a graduation criteria (i.e. zero weightage to graduation score) it would be your best shot. Additionally, I would not suggest you to go to any of the IIMs

I think you are confusing IIM-A's admission criteria with IIM-B. I don't think that is the case with IIM, Bangalore. Just to be sure, do check the admissions brochure of IIM, Bangalore.
