The weightage given to these parameters is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It is difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, considering your scores in class 12th and graduation. However, there are chances to get call from new IIMs, if you get a really good percentile in CAT as some IIMs give higher weightage to CAT score. As mentioned on the IIM Bangalore website, the fee for Post Graduate Programme in Management (popularly known as MBA) consists of Tuition, Library, Internet, Case Permission Royalty, Course Material, Hostel Room Rent and Service Charge, Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance and Alumni Activity. Another clarification, the programme does not have specific specialisation as Marketing or Finance, it totally depends on you to choose the courses you like. Check this link http://www.iimb.ac.in/node/15826 or you can go to the website and check Programme expenses for the programme you are looking for. It's around 21 Lacs including everything but may increase in subsequent years.
