I will recommend you jims Rohini sector 5, as it is approved by AICTE and accredited by NAAC and NBA. They provide live project and summer internship programme opportunity to the student for the better understanding of the corporate world. The average package is 4-5 lac and the highest package is 10 lac till date. They conduct number of workshop and series of guest lectures to enhance the personality of the students. IIM-K offers PGDM course which is their flagship 2 years full-time MBA program. IIM-K doesn't offer any degree with IT as a major. However, once you join, in the second year of the course there are a lot of electives which you can take related to IT and make your profile inclined towards this domain.

As per the past trends, you have a good chance of getting a call for WAT/PI if you have good past academics (85+ is considered to be a good score), and manage to get a CAT Percentile of 98.5+. After that, it is entirely up to your performance in WAT and personal interview round, which will determine your chances for the final selection.

See, there are many criteria which IIM-A, B, and K will consider before giving out interview calls or final admission. Like your graduation stream, graduation percentage, quality of work experience, and extracurricular (though there is no separate weightage for this, but it helps you a lot during interviews) and the list goes on. So, if you can share some more details about your profile, I can give you more meaningful answer. Still, considering these two things for IIM-K, I think anything above 88-90 percentile may get you an interview call. I cannot comment on IIM A and B.
