IIM Kozhikode Scholarships

The institute offers need-based and merit scholarships. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria to avail of a scholarship. Apart from this it also grants admission to students with scholarships awarded by the central government, state government, and private organisations (IDFC First Bank MBA Scholarship, Mirae Asset Foundation (MAF) Scholarship, Aditya Birla Group Scholarship, and OP Jindal Engineering & Management Scholarship (OPJEMS)). Merit Scholarship On the basis of their achievement over the course of one academic year, as measured by their CGPA, first- and second-year students enrolled in Post Graduate Programmes (PGP, PGPLSM, and PGPFIN) are given IIMK Merit Scholarships. In the first and second years, the ratio of scholarships offered is one scholarship for every 20 students.
Need-Based Financial Assistance

The Financial Aid Committee create a final rank list based on the financial score achieved during evaluation (FAC). The financial aid is distributed in accordance with the rank list's ascending order but within the limits of the NBFA budget that has been granted for the academic year.

The scholarship distribution is based on the financial score as mentioned below:

  • >= 90, then 100% of the Tuition fee.
  • 70-89, then 75% of the Tuition fee
  • 50-69, then 50% of the Tuition fee

IIM Kozhikode Admission Process 2023

For the IIM Kozhikode flagship course, i.e., PGP (or MBA) admission, candidates with a valid CAT score that matches the cutoff for admission are selected and allotted a seat. Aspirants are required to complete the CAT application process and take the test. For other courses, applications can be directly submitted through the official website of the institute. Students must carefully check the eligibility conditions of each course before filling out the application form.

STEP 1: IIM Kozhikode Application Process 2023

Candidates seeking admission at IIM Kozhikode must visit the official website and submit a duly filled application form along with the application fee. However, they should have met the basic course-specific eligibility set by the institute before applying. The mode of application at IIMK is online. STEP 2: Personal Interviews of shortlisted students

The Management institute shortlists students based on their academic records, CAT qualifying and CAT final cutoff for further selection rounds. The shortlisted students have to appear for a Personal Interview. A commutative score is then calculated based on candidates' performance in the selection rounds. Further, for the other courses, candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to go through the institute-specific selection process and get shortlisted. 

STEP 3: Final Merit List

IIM Kozhikode publishes a category-wise merit list after the selection rounds. Students who make it to the merit list become eligible for admission. The selected candidates can further confirm their seats by paying the course admission fee.

Placements: 1. 100 percent placements barring the people who opted out from process 2. The highest salary offered is 40 and average is 20 3. Placements: There is 100% placement in the college with median salary being 18.5 Lacs per annum. Placement period was completed in record 6 days. Many reputed companies like BCG, JP Morgon, Deloitte, ITC etc. Visits our campus for placements. Yes, the college does provide internship for the students in many know companies. It has one of the most transparent placement reports. The placement cell are very good at their job. IIM has very good return on investment that is why it is worth studying here.

Infrastructure: It is a well planned and have all the modern facilities required by the students. It is situated among the green mountains which makes it a beautiful campus to study. Placements: 100% placement is guaranteed in IIM Kozhikode. Last year the placement got over within 4 days. Some of the top recruiters were Brain, BCG, McKinsey. Best MBA institute- IIM KOZHIKODE.

Placements: There was 100% placement and an average salary of 14 LPA was offered. The top recruiting companies were McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte and Amazon. The roles offered were diverse, right from Sales to Consulting every role as a manager is available. You cannot enter into IIM since your are scores are bad in 10th and 12th Board Examinations. All you can do is to try harder and study more, thereby securing a good score in Main entrance exams. It depends if you are belong to OBC, SC and ST, you can easily get the admission. But if you are from general category, it is so much difficult to get into black IIM and new IIM. Baby IIM could be a possibility.

Xlri is definitely better as an institute. , placements or otherwise. But if u r insistent on getting an IIM tag, then go for iimk. Now where xlri stands, xlri is in the top 5 in every rankings.
