A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science/ Agricultural Engineering or allied subjects or in any other field with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to SC, ST and DA/PWD) category). Or
The student should have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD Candidate) or equivalent grade point average awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The Bachelor's degree should be of at least 3-year time duration with a minimum of two years of professional work experience or strong regards in the field of Agricuture or relevant sector
The candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any field other than agriculture will have to submit a Special Form for PGP-ABM at the time of the interview. Good luck!

Academic performance is an important component for Iims and contributed about 25% in selection. While CAT score, What, PI and work experience are the other important components. Leading Iims like IIM-A, B and C required the CAT percentile above 99. while IIM Lucknow, Indore and Kozhikode needs CAT percentile between 97-98. The CAT percentile between 94-95 can be safe for Iims like Trichi, Raipur, Ranchi and Kashipur. So keeping your CAT and Academic performance in consideration, your chances for Iims Trichi, Raipur, Ranchi and Kashipur are high.

The overall cut-off for MDI for 2017 admissions was around 95% (please note that this is just the cut-off for shortlisting to GDPIWAT round) but you have to really perform well in the GDPIWAT round in that case.
