IIM Lucknow has published the 2025 placement report for the International Program in Management for Executives (IPMX). The average package for IPMX students in 2025 was INR 27.72 LPA, while the median package was INR 27.19 LPA. In total, 29 companies made placement offers and 38% of them are new recruiters. IIM Lucknow Summer Placements 2025
All 43 students from the PGP SM batch 2023-2025 got internship opportunities during the summer placements. Moroever, 100% internship record was also achieved. In total, 22 recruiters including 15 new recruiters took part during the summer placements. The average stipend offered was INR 1 Lakh per month, with the highest stipend reaching INR 4 Lakhs per month. The median stipend offered was INR 1 Lakh per month. The top 25% and top 50% stipends offered were INR 1.73 Lakhs per month and INR 1.36 Lakhs per month, respectively.
