No, candidates cannot take admission in IISSER Pune BS+MS course without the IISER Entrance Exam. Candidates willing to take admission in the BS-MS course at Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) must appear for the IISER entrance exam, also known as the IISER aptitude test.
