Faculty: Professors are helpful. They are mostly available in the office during office hours. Teaching quality depends from person to person, but it is more than sufficient. The course curriculum may seem irrelevant during the first few semesters, but it helps support more interdisciplinary research in the future.

Faculty: Faculty here seriously needs improvement. They are well-qualified but their teaching style is not relatable for students. Faculty: Professors are highly qualified in their respective fields with minimum qualifications as Ph.D. Many have at least 2-3 post-docs and they are leading scientists in India as well working on various projects. Curriculum prepares students not for the industry but for becoming scientists and pursuing higher studies.

Faculty: Yes, the professors are really educated and really helpful in solving any doubts and there are teacher assistant, which further help in doubts. The course is very relevant to the current real-world applications I wouldn't say industry-ready, as it's not an engineering college. The semester exam difficulty level lies in between moderate and tough. Relative grading is the system for passing and failing. You have to score more than half of the class median to pass the course.

Faculty: The faculty were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing students with proper mentorship. The BSMS course is well designed to pursue knowledge in various interdisciplinary areas in the first two years, followed by specialization in the respective discipline of interest.

Faculty: Every faculty member at IISER is a scientist with extensive research experience. They have collaborated with foreign institutes for research as well. Semester exams are difficult to medium, depending on the students. We can work on semester projects during the semester and access the lab at any time.

Faculty: The curriculum is good as it has 4 months of semester, which includes all the exams. After it, you can do your internship anywhere in the world, depending on the preference of your professor. The professors are very talented as they are doing their research so all of them have Ph.D.s from a well-known institute. So this thing I like very much.

Faculty: The course curriculum has a wide variety of topics that an undergrad would need, and in terms of research amenities, there are plenty of options. The teachers are themselves researchers and constantly instill a sense of research through their teaching. The semester exams are similar to any other CFTI and have a passing criteria of (class median)/2.

The course mainly focuses on introducing the students to various areas of research in the initial stages. The exams are mainly logic based in contrast to the memory based exams we had in our schools.

I am bio background student, and here in this course, I also have to study maths in the initial semesters, so it would have been difficult for me to do it, but with the help of the maths faculty and the extra effort they put into teaching, it becomes really smooth for me and other like me to cope up with the subject. The course curriculum is relevant, and it is very smartly planned, providing students exposure to all fields of research.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very good and knowledgeable. They help each student. Their teaching quality is very excellent. All the time, they clear the doubts of every student.

Faculty: Faculty members teaching quality is very practical and passionate. Our course will motivate you to opt for higher studies in foreign universities and also in Indian universities like IIS and IIT. Students also get a chance to meet professors from other universities like Harvard, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great researchers. They are masters in tier area of research. Some of them are bad, but many of them teach well. We have a system to choose what all courses we want from the courses offered by the college. This flexibility is the best thing here.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very friendly, and you can directly talk to them or have a walk with them. They are always ready to help students. Staff members at IISER Pune are very considerate. All faculty members are scientists themselves, and they have vast knowledge regarding their field and fields related to it. Teaching is also very good. Courses here will improve your thinking ability and makes you think like a scientist.
