Industry-like learning with decent infrastructure, good faculty, and moderate placements.
Placements: I belong to the MBA (Financial Management) batch of IIPM Kansbahal. In our course, around 70%-75% of the students got placed through the campus placement drive. The highest package offered is approximately 6.5 LPA, the lowest is about 2.4 LPA, and the average package hovered near 3.8 LPA-4.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The institute provides good academic infrastructure with Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, computer labs, well-equipped engineering and management labs, a central library with textbooks, journals, and e-resources, and seminar halls with audio-visual facilities. The campus is spread over a large area and is fairly green, with adequate space for academic and extracurricular activities. The hostel facilities are decent, with separate hostels for boys and girls, rooms are clean and furnished with basic amenities.
Faculty: The teachers are generally helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is practical and industry-oriented. The curriculum is relevant with case studies and industry exposure, preparing students for professional roles. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and the pass percentage remains high, around 85%-90%.
Other: I was part of the MBA (Financial Management) batch at IIPM Kansbahal. I chose this course because of its industry linkage with core companies and the institute's reputation for techno-management education.
