IIAD Delhi campus reflects the dynamic needs of 21st-century education. The 75,000-square-foot campus is purpose-built to suit the pedagogical practices and curriculum at IIAD. The campus has studio spaces, 3D material workshop, garment construction lab, photography lab, digital lab, knowledge resource centre, on-campus stationary and print shop, recreational spaces, and cafeteria.
IIAD Delhi has separate facilities for girls and boys. The hostels are conveniently located and equipped with all basic amenities. All the daily needs, such as shopping, entertainment, health, and medical requirements, are near the hostel.

IIAD offers separate hostels for boys and girls on ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis. As these facilities are limited, so do apply early to book your room. Residents of the hostels can choose rooms between: Single occupancy twin-sharing triple-sharing four-sharing All rooms have bathrooms and are furnished with a bed, study table, chair, bookrack, wardrobe, air conditioning, geysers etc. Some of the shared amenities include refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, RO water purifier, washing machine, lounge area and wi-fi. Residents have easy access to daily utilities in the neighborhood. There are several pharmacies, groceries and convenience stores, as well as entertainment options such as cinema halls and dine-in/home delivery restaurants. The safety of students at the hostel is given the highest priority. The accommodation has 24/7 security.
