The IIAD Delhi faculty is moderate in their attitude towards students most of the time, and they are inclined towards offering guidance aid and favor individual attendance to the learners. Employees are said to be satisfied with the education they receive as professors are said to possess an industry experience and pass it to the students. This allows students to appreciate the lieu's interactive nature where, as faculty members, we promote active discussions, analysis and continuous problem solving. The faculty also offers the student meaningful feedback in their completed assignments and projects. Still, much depends on personal choice, and some students can state that more detailed directions can be helpful.
