The college is very good for those who are only interested in studies.
Placements: An average number of students are placed in the MBA course, such as above 70 percent. The highest package is 15 to 18 lakhs, the average is 6-7 lakhs, and the lowest is 3-4 lakhs. TCS, Infosys, and Techman Solutions are some of the recruiting companies. 80 percent of students got internships in marketing and sales companies. Manager roles are mostly offered.
Infrastructure: All classes have smart boards, step seating arrangements, and projectors for study. The college has fully furnished classrooms, a computer lab, a canteen, a sick room, sports activities, clubs, etc. The quality of facilities in the boys' and girls' hostels is very good, and the quality of food is good. The college has its own farm for food.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good and engaging. All teachers are Ph.D. holders in their own subjects and highly knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and includes extra activities to prepare students for the corporate sector. In college, mid-semester tests are arranged twice in a semester, and the level is quite good. Most students pass the exams.
Other: I personally chose the course for getting a good job, and my goal is to reach the position of a manager in my future, and this MBA course will help me achieve my future goal. It improves communication skills and prepares you for a job. In college, every year a 3-day fest named Dazzle is organized, and celebrities also attend.

Satisfied with the campus and some lectures.
Placements: Almost all students who sit in interviews are placed. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Games and sports facilities are very nice. Mess food is average. Library is very well. Classes are conducted on regular basis. Attendance is mandatory at this college. Smart boards are available in our classes. Special class SIG improves our knowledge and experience for our work and job opportunities.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They help students to solve their problems. We don't need to attend any coaching class anywhere. College provides all lectures and notes for our examinations and prepares us for doing good. They also complete our course on time and revision. All good in this college but so strict about attendance and lecture.
Other: Fee structure depends on our merit. There are some extracurricular activities also where students can participate according to their interests.

Not so extraordinary but a decent experience.
Placements: The college organizes field visits to nearby industries twice a year. The placed number of students was around 65%. The highest package offered was around 8 LPA and the lowest was around 3 LPA. Out of every 10 job offers. 8 - 8.5 were related to the Marketing & Sales domain with profiles such as Inside Sales Representative, Business Development Associate, Sales Representative, and Customer Relationship Associate dominating them. There were hardly 10 - 12 offers for the Finance & HR specialisation students. Top companies included TCS, Byju's, LIDO, Upgrade, SBI ICICI, Bajaj, Eicher, Lupin, IMS, Just Dial, JioMart, Volvo, CapitalVia, Kotak Life Insurance, Skysoft, Liugong, Srva Education, Shakti Pumps, WealthBox, Glenmark Pharma, PNB MetLife, Jaro Education, and many others. Only a handful of internship opportunities were provided.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty great in the context of classrooms, libraries, sports facilities, and event halls. A well-equipped gym, basketball & volleyball court along with a dedicated Yoga room takes care of the physical and mental development of the students. With a massive ground available for playing football, other games, and annual fests & events, the college boasts of a great environment.
3-time meals are available for hostel students and lunch meal is available to college students too. Unfortunately, the canteen doesn't house many snack options and is limited to only a couple of them.
Faculty: Almost 90% of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. A lot of them have been either partly corporate professionals in their earlier life or else have been into academics for approximately. 10 years now. The college also organizes and imparts industry training and knowledge through the conduct of 3-4 weeks long workshops and occasional seminars where expert speakers are invited to address the students. Unfortunately, the current DAVV curriculum is highly outdated with topics & content not completely in relation and context with the modern technologies, strategies, and examples.
Other: I personally wish that the college would have in their academic calendar programs and activities focused on entrepreneurship, personal branding & development. The college does have an excellent CDC [Career Development Cell] wherein there are expert professionals guiding students regarding interview preparation, spoken English and mathematical proficiency throughout the year. However, management-focused workshops wherein every student is encouraged to participate are the need of the hour.

Students get an excellent blend of academics and personality development.
Placements: IIMR provides ample placement opportunities to students. A dedicated team of placement is available to clear all the queries and confusion f students regarding placements. Pre-placement seminars and series of mock tests are conducted by our college to prepare the students for interviews and skill tests.
Infrastructure: The most outstanding thing about IIMR is its infrastructure. The campus comes under the green zone and amicably spacious. The campus is entirely Wi-Fi enabled, and the classrooms are well-furnished with audio-visual aids. The library is wonderfully stocked with subject-specific books, journals and e-learning resources. The beautification and development and campus are well taken care of by the college.
Faculty: During this shift to online classes, I feel that I am privileged to have been a student of IIMR. Through the online classes, our faculty members helped and brought us the more real-world through case studies, videos and industry examples. The most exciting part is our PD and SIG classes that helped us learn new skills, self- improvement and self-motivated. I would like to thank all the faculty members of IIMR for their sincere efforts and all the motivation and encouragement during the covid-19 pandemic.
Other: Apart from the academics, we have gained an excellent industry experience through lecture series of IMA, industry experts, and profound speakers who helped us not just in academic development but also in mental and spiritual development.

Placements: The Placements at IIMR are consistently 100% and are done through a very structured process. Students are extended robust training in Soft Skills and Aptitude by a dedicated Career Development Cell. A Series of Mock interviews and Group Discussions are conducted, profile briefings are given which makes students a complete package of industry readiness.
Infrastructure: The prominent thing to be noticed and loved by anyone as they step in the campus is its superb infrastructure. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled; classrooms are furnished with projectors, well-equipped labs, well-stocked libraries in terms of course-specific books and supplements, subscription to various renowned research journals and open e-resources. Institute has spacious grounds, adequate and well maintained indoor and outdoor sports facilities, separate well-furnished boys and girls hostels, wonderful canteen providing hygienic and mouthwatering food. The campus is beautiful and soothing. Utmost care is taken for its cleanliness and beautification.

Students are continuously upskilled in advanced Industry demanded skills through certifications and Special Interest Group ( Signs) thereby focusing on Financial Statement Analysis, HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Advanced Excel, Econometrics, Global Imports and Exports, Data Sciences. Expert Seminars, Business conclaves, Industrial Visits are regular features providing Holistic exposure to students.

Our college has a wonderful library and excellent secured green zone campus.
Placements: I have been provided with considerable placement opportunities, and I was trained well by the CDC department to attend interviews which will help me further in my endeavours. Placements at IIMR is a structured process. Students are trained on soft skills, interviewing skills and aptitude throughout the year. Even they provide group discussions and impart knowledge of different sectors, which make us ready to attend interviews. For this placement process, the career development cell and placement department work rigorously with students.
Infrastructure: I have always been keen on reading, and there is a well-stocked library, which has helped me to hone my passion. The library had course books and also various genres of books for reading. IIMR campus also has a research lab, which consists of subscription of online journals and other resources which are helpful to do quality assignments. The institute has excellent infrastructure, a well-equipped computer lab and a superb hygienic canteen. I had visited the campus along with my parents, and the campus is of 50 acres with lush green, excellent infrastructure, state-of-the-art sports facilities like a basketball court, cricket ground, football ground and facilities for indoor games.
Faculty: Methodologies adopted to engage students are participative, and all students get equal opportunity and exposure. Classroom sessions are made interactive by experienced teachers, and rigorous industry exposure is provided through internships, industrial visits and expert sessions. It is the right place for students who want all-round development, and I am satisfied that I have secured future by studying at IIMR. Academics are strategically amalgamated with regular features like syndicate meeting, mentor-mentee programme, industrial training programs, club activities and green waves.
Other: Campus life is amazing and lively here. Lots of events are organised, and festivals are celebrated together, which makes us involved in our culture. The communication between teachers and students is very good here. All faculty members, principals and DG sir are available to solve queries, provide guidance, and their high presence has always been a constant motivation for other students, including me.
