Rajadhani Institute has both strong and weak faculty members, like many other engineering colleges. Many professors in the Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering departments bring valuable industrial experience - many are from big giants like Infosys and L&T, which helps them connect theory to real-world applications. The Electronics department has some particularly qualified faculty, including professors who are actively involved in research with patents . However, some aged faculty members tend to rely on outdated teaching methods that students a bit boring. While the quality of faculty members varies, motivated students can find excellent mentors if they make the effort. The best approach is to talk to current students about which professors are most effective and take their elective courses when possible.

Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), Kerala, offers moderate placement support, with core and IT companies visiting the campus. Average salary packages range between ?2.5–3.5 LPA, with some students securing higher offers through off-campus drives. Companies like TCS, Infosys, IBS, UST Global, and startups regularly recruit from RIET. The college provides pre-placement training and soft skills development to enhance student employability. While not among the top-tier in terms of placements, students with strong academic records and technical skills manage to secure good opportunities. Internships and project-based learning also help in industry exposure and job readiness.

Getting into Rajadhani Institute is not much tough if you move forward with a blueprint in your mind. For CS course through KEAM, aim for under 15,000 rank - it's the most competitive branch. ECE needs around 25,000, while Mechanical/Civil usually accept up to 40,000 students. The management quota is easier marks-wise (50% PCM) but costs more and seats fill fast, especially for CS. Your best shot? Apply early, check last year's cutoffs (they're consistent), and have backups ready. With 60%+ in PCM and smart timing, you've got a good chance.

Oh, absolutely yes! Rajadhani Institute does have a placement cell that's pretty active and helps students in need from what I've heard. They manage to get some pretty decent companies like TCS and Wipro coming for campus recruitment every year. The CS and IT kids usually have the best shot at landing jobs, but other branches aren't completely left out either. That said, don't just take the college's word for it - the placement scene can change from year to year. Your best bet is to actually talk to recent graduates or current final year students. They'll give you the real scoop on which companies actually showed up, what kind of roles were offered, and how many people got placed. Some years are better than others, you know? The placement cell does try though - they organize interview prep sessions and all that. But honestly, how much you benefit from it depends on how much effort you put in too. Maybe check out their LinkedIn page or see if you can find any alumni to chat with. That way you'll get the most up-to-date and honest picture of how things really are.

The campus is decent—not ultra-modern, but it covers the basics well. You'll find functional labs (especially for CS/ECE), a central library with solid textbook collections, and Wi-Fi (though it can be spotty in hostels). Classrooms are average—no fancy smartboards, but projectors get the job done.Hostels? They're okay—clean but strict with timings. The canteen serves typical South Indian fare (expect idli-vada 24/7). Sports facilities exist (cricket/basketball), but don't expect a gym.the biggest perk? The makerspace lab (for robotics/IoT projects)—it's surprisingly well-equipped.Downside? Infrastructure feels slightly dated compared to top-tier colleges. If you're okay with "no-frills but functional," it works.Pro tip: Visit if possible—photos online can be misleading!
