Above average college that needs more patient exposure.
Placements: The average package is between Rs. 25000 and Rs. 50000 per month. There are many clinics and hospitals set up for the placements. We get good experience during our in-house and out-of-house postings with good hands-on therapeutic techniques and equipment. The top role would be as a clinician in a reputed centre.
Infrastructure: There's a good environment for the clients to improve their overall well-being. Our institute is affiliated with their own clinical center, which is the Model Center for Children with Special Needs, where various autism, ADHD, etc. cases are seen. There's a separate hostel for both girls and boys; the hostel is well maintained, and the food quality is above average.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well qualified, with Masters and Ph.D. degrees and well-rounded experience. This course is new to the paramedical field in India, yet it has gained popularity and needs more people in this field as there are numerous cases where a good therapist or clinician is needed. Each semester's passing requirement is above 33%.
Other: I was willing to do something new in the medical field; that's why I chose this college.
