IMEC Rudrapur operates under the patronage of Moshal Education Development Trust, New Delhi which was established in 2013.

IMEC Rudrapur has anti-ragging committee that takes serious consideration into maintaining decorum of the campus. The Institute focuses on zero-tolerance policy to provide a safe environment for the students. Apart from this, the Institute has regulatory committees including Grievance Redressal Cell, Anti-Sexual Harassment, Internal Complaint Cell, Anti-Ragging Cell, SC/ST Cell under the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989, Internal Quality Assurance Cell etc. It takes all the measures to provide a safe and secure campus premises.

Established in 2016, the Institute of Management Education and Consultancy is located in Rudrapur, US Nagar, Uttarakhand.
