International Institute of Management Studies, Pune is a moderately competitive institute to get into, as its accept cutoff for PGDM is typically around 60 percentile. This figure tells us that almost 60 out of every 100 applicants manage to get enrolled in the institute, which is more than half of all the applicants. Therefore, once an applicant fulfills IIMS Pune admission requirements i.e., competitive grades, standardised test scores, English language requirements as well as relevant documents, they are most likely to secure an admission in the institute. However, students must not take this lightly and apply to the institute within the deadlines in order to get enrolled as a student.

At IIMS Pune, the number of students who can pursue an MBA is around 180. This means that the institute typically admits a limited number of students each year for their MBA program.By keeping the batch size relatively small, IIMS Pune aims to provide a more personalized and focused learning experience to its students. With a smaller cohort, students can have better interactions with faculty members, participate in engaging discussions, and build strong connections with their peers. The limited number of seats also ensures that the institute can maintain high standards of education and offer ample opportunities for individual growth and development. It allows for a more intimate learning environment where students can receive personalized attention and guidance from professors.
