No, X-GMT (Xavier General Management Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam conducted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar (XUB) for admission to its MBA programs, including MBA in General Management and MBA in Business Analytics. IIMs and other top-tier B-schools in India typically do not accept X-GMT scores.They do accept other exams like CAT or GMAT. 

The IIMs do not release separte application form for MBA admission. The CAT exam form released every year in August doubles up as the IIM admission form. CAT admit card is not sent to any candidate by post.
