Excellent program, good faculties, & a nurturing environment for all those who dare to put in effort

Placements: I'm currently in the batch of 2023-25 at IIMS Pune. Placements are underway and so far, around 35-40% of my class has secured jobs in well-known companies/corporates. Federal Bank is leading with offers in the 14-16 LPA range. The average package is around 7.5 LPA. Deloitte, FIS Global, Kuehne Nagel, Federal Bank, Mondelez are some of the top recruiters. The entire batch has secured internships.

Infrastructure: IIMS has various facilities including a hostel, computer labs, library, Wi-Fi, auditorium, canteen, modern and well-equipped classrooms with AC, smart boards, and projectors, sports grounds for cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. ATM and hospital are right next to the campus. Overall, facility-wise, IIMS is satisfactory.

Faculty: Faculty members at IIMS are experienced and caring. In my experience, every student with the willingness to learn finds the necessary support at IIMS, irrespective of one's shortcomings or weaknesses. IIMS believes in experiential learning and thus practical use of management lessons is practiced here by management. The curriculum is relevant and keeps on getting updated with time and as per industry requirements. Exams are conducted to check the understanding of students and are more intuitive than being unnecessarily complex. In my findings, students certainly get industry-ready if they are actively participating in various, well-planned activities.

Other: I chose PGDM because regular university programs don't actually help with personality development. I knew that at IIMS, focus is given to making students industry-ready, and that was a USP for me. IIMS conducts various events such as VISHLESHAN, DRISHTIKON, VISTA, etc. annually, which helps students in competing, learning, and improving their caliber while practicing the lessons learned in classrooms. I am quite happy with the offerings at IIMS. With current accreditation from NBA, it will help upcoming students with better packages and profiles as well.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and the placement.

Placements: Till now, 95% are placed, and the highest package is 16 Lacs, while the lowest is 6 Lacs. Top companies are Asian Paints, Kuehne + Nagel, Mondelez, Deloitte, etc. All students got internships, and the companies for internships are Britannia, Haldiram, etc. Every company gives top roles, and the growth is high.

Infrastructure: I got every facility that a PGDM student requires, and the infrastructure is also good. Hostel facilities like a study table, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, and food are very good. We get a different meal every day, which is healthy for our body.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and their teaching style is unique and attractive. The curriculum is totally corporate-oriented, and we have two internships and various activities that make students ready for industries. Semester exams are moderate to hard, depending on the difficulty of the subject.

Other: The best thing about my course is experiential learning, which builds critical and analytical thinking.

Satisfied with the faculty, good placement, really good infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: The college has an excellent placement record. Top companies like Deloitte, Federal Bank, and Pattern visit the campus annually. The highest package offered is INR 24 LPA, and the average package is around INR 8 LPA. The placement cell is very supportive and works tirelessly to prepare students for placements.

Infrastructure: The college has excellent infrastructure and facilities, including well-equipped labs and a spacious library. Wi-Fi connectivity is strong, making it convenient to access online resources. The hostel facilities are very good, with clean and comfortable rooms. Food quality is good, and the campus also has a well-equipped gym.

Faculty: The professors are highly knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. They are always willing to help students with their doubts and provide additional support. The faculty members are experienced and have strong industry connections, ensuring the curriculum aligns with current industry trends.

The college is very good and it also provides very good placements in the reputed companies.

Placements: 100% of students are placed. The highest package was 24 lpa, the lowest package was 5 lpa, and the average package was 9 lpa. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Mondelez, Amul and many multinational companies. 100% of students got internships. Brand manager, business development executive, and consultant are the roles offered in the course.

Infrastructure: The facilities are very good. The classrooms are air-conditioned to get a cool mind while studying. There are IT labs where we can develop our IT skills, a library where we can get more domain-related books to study in our free time, and Wi-Fi is also available on campus. The hostel and mess are quite good. Pool, table tennis, football and many sports activities are done.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty members are very helpful, they look after every individual and they are also highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very good; they teach us digitally through the presentations. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course to get more practical knowledge so that I can work as a professional. The best thing about the course is that it gives more practical knowledge and makes the students industry-ready. There are many events like freshers, vista, gurupurnima, and Navratri dandia nights.

It is a good college with better placements.

Placements: Our college has excellent placements. Almost 95% of the batch students secure jobs in just 2-3 companies. The salary packages offered are competitive with varied job roles. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte, Mondelez, Satguru Group, Pattern Technologies, etc., visit the college for placements. Some students received PPOs from their summer internship organisations.

Infrastructure: The campus is of average size. Classrooms are equipped with smartboards and mic systems. Classrooms are ample for the batch size. The hostel is only available for first-year students but suggested to view all hostel amenities in the beginning. A lot of PG and rental options are available in the vicinity.

Faculty: Faculty members are great and extremely knowledgeable. They help during every step. The HODs and mentors will solve all our academic queries and also give career advice whenever needed. The course curriculum is specifically developed to cater to the corporate world's requirements. Exams are done tri-semester-wise, i.e., 6 exam cycles per year(1 mid-term and 1 end-semester exam per semester).

Good placements in marketing as well as finance.

Placements: The average package offered is 7.5-8 LPA. Top recruiters are Deloitte, Nestled, ITC, Asian Paints, Montelez, and so on. Almost 100 percent of students were placed who sit in the placement and winter and summer internships are provided by the college, which really helps boost our CV.

Infrastructure: Faculty is very supportive and infrastructure is good. It is a very good college if you are looking for marketing specialization. The food available in the canteen is very good and pick-up and drop-off services are also provided. The founder president, Sir Manish, is very supportive and interacting with each and everyone .

Faculty: This PGDM course is far better than an MBA because it provides us with the knowledge of how to do the work. It is an industry-ready program that focuses on practical-based knowledge rather than theory-based knowledge, and the faculty of IIMs Pune is very supportive. They all interact with us and the internships that are provided by them really help boost our CV.
