The true reality of IIPS (DAVV).
Placements: The placement for B.Com is not much good; it is good as per the course B.Com but can be better. The college placement for other courses is far better than for B.Com, so that's the issue. There are major big companies that come for recruitment every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good, and it keeps renovating itself every 4-5 years. There are some small damages, but that is okay. The hostel is also very good for being a government college hostel; the rooms are very spacious, and facilities are also available.
Faculty: The faculty is very supportive, and the course curriculum is the thing that attracts all the students. The course is designed as per IIM Indore. There are regular exams to check ourselves; there are three internal exams and one final end-semester exam, so students have various opportunities to score.

Big name, zero opportunities. Fake and toxic.
Placements: They don't offer placements for UG. Only a few companies visit the campus for placements. Even then, students generally don't take them because of the low salary scheme. The average placement can be around 5-6 LPA. Also, company visits are only for branches like IT and MBA. They have mentioned a lot of companies for attraction, such as Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, and TCS, but none of them show up every year.
Infrastructure: The worst infrastructure you'll ever see. The campus building has not been renovated for decades. Though they charge high for maintenance, it's unclear where the money goes. Benches are broken, walls are torn up, lighting and fans are poor, and there's no digital infrastructure in the class. The library has old books, and most of the books aren't available. There are bird droppings everywhere. They don't even keep dusters and chalk with themselves. The boards are dusty, and the overall maintenance is poor.
Faculty: Friendly, dominating, dictating faculty. Supportive staff, who would not help you at any place. Poor teaching quality, biased and illogical. No relevance of the course; it does not make anyone market-ready. Semester exams can be difficult, as they take exams every 30 days. They have a foolish scheme of not giving full marks in any question. They say the maximum they can give is 10/12 if the answer perfectly matches the book; otherwise, they take no time to deduct marks. They would not increase a single mark after checking. The environment is based on professionalism but also tries to display a fake image of their college.
Other: No extracurricular activities, no dance, singing, or anything. They don't even have a stage of their own. No sports room, music room, or any equipment for extracurricular activities. There is one sports event, Synergy, in which they continue teaching. Other celebrations aren't worth enjoying due to the poor quality of students.

Review of School of commerce Davv Indore.
Placements: In my course, we only opted for higher studies in the field, such as commerce. There is no active placement cell that places the students regularly. There are some courses that provide internships but are not as good as those at other universities. Roles offered in our course include those of manager, finance expert, and market expert.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but the course is limited to bookside knowledge only. The department has library and auditorium-like facilities with well-equipped instruments. The food quality in the hostel is not good and irregularities are present. Wi-Fi is present all over the campus, by the way.
Faculty: The faculty in our course are very good and have very good knowledge of the subject. They focus on our overall growth as personalities. Examinations are divided into two midterm exams, one endterm exam, and one assignment. The final score is calculated on the basis of end-of-semester exams and the best of 2 mid-semester exams and assignments.

Facilities are good. Good infrastructure & faculty is also helpful.
Placements: The class consists of 70 students, and the college offers internships through the official group. Companies have positive feedback about this college. Although the fees for B.Com. are slightly high, a good number of students receive scholarships.
Infrastructure: The library offers Wi-Fi connectivity, while the classrooms are well-maintained. There are labs available for subjects that require them, and although the library contains mostly old books, they are still of good quality. As I do not reside in the college hostel, I cannot provide information about it, but my friends have informed me that it is satisfactory.
Faculty: Teachers are highly skilled and dedicated professionals who put in a great deal of effort in their teaching. They provide valuable assistance and maintain a high standard of education. If you attend classes regularly, the semester exams won't be too challenging, and you can expect to achieve good grades. It's worth noting that nearly 68 students successfully pass their exams.
Other: Events occur in college and crowd is good.

Value for money and a great environment.
Placements: The placement rate for B.Com. (Hons.), a DAVV international institute of professional studies, was 12 lacs per annum. The average placement offered to B.Com. graduates from DAVV IIPS is around 4-5 lacs per annum. Some top recruiters include PWC, Infosys, TCS, and KPMG.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and lecture halls are equipped with projectors and modern aids. They are well-equipped for subjects like computer science, accounting, and marketing. A well-stocked library with a large variety of books, journals, and online resources. Single- and double-occupancy rooms are available. But it is not hygienic and the food offered is also not hygienic.
Faculty: The International Institute of Professional Studies (DAVV) boasts a team of well-qualified faculty members with extensive industry experience in their respective fields. Many teachers hold PhDs. The curriculum designed is industry-relevant and updated regularly There are 3 internals and an end sem Two internals are selected.

Q:   What is the CMAT cutoffs at IIPS Indore?
    A:

IIPS Indore neither takes CMAT scores directly into account for admission nor does it conduct admission on that basis. It offers admission via MP MBA counselling on state-level rankings, largely based on DAVV CET. For the OBC quota, the rank that closed in Round 1 was around 240 in previous years. Your 83 percentile in CMAT is good but will not affect admission directly. Concentrate on DAVV CET and getting a high rank in MP counselling. With OBC reservation, you have a decent chance if your rank is in range
