Really enjoyed the time in there. As its a mesh of non-serious and serious at the same time.
Placements: - Students placed were all from Maths or M.Ed + non-med backgrounds. The number was around 35 -40 since a lot left the coursework mid way. (actual number on register was 52). - package - None. Learn yourself and find yourself. - top recruiting companies - you might get an self finance internship at some unknown local unheard of company. - all find internship on their own. Some self finance it some did the hard. (there were lots of local companies) - there isn't anything specific role.
Infrastructure: Facilities are there, you just need to find them. Widi is there but then there is the gamble if it has internet or not. Classrooms in B.Sc. it is atleast very good compared to any other course. Library is one of the best so many books you will lost. The CS section of library is a separate library on top floor 5-7 rags of books filled. U will even find expensive books there) I never did the hostel but from what I heard from friends its decent compare to hostel fee, rest everything is amazing. ).
Faculty: Yes they were and they are hughly qualified, the teaching was really good. Course was the best with wide range of topics from networking, to Fullstack to computer architecture. It was amazing. Not that difficult if u study but its not easy either - that you get pass without studying.
Other: I choose this course because it was new, and there was scope. Also there is a wide variety of subjects. Its best as it is. The college is developing rapidly. Clean roads new building getting created etc.

Islamia College was the best college ever.
Placements: There were not many placements in Bachelors in Information Technology. About 5-10% of students were placed in the batch. The companies were local. Frontend developer and full stack developer roles were offered. Students had to find internships outside the college because internship opportunities were not high in the college.
Infrastructure: There were 3 classrooms and 2 labs for our department. Wi-Fi was available in labs. Classrooms were bigger and had smartboard facilities. The library was also there and had all the books needed for the course. There was a canteen which was very good and had all food items, especially the chain of the canteen.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and sincere and were almost all Ph.D. holders with deep knowledge of the subjects. Information Technology had almost 10 subjects in the course. They were relevant and made students ready for the industry. Semester exams were of medium difficulty, and students could pass them easily.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in teaching and especially in coding. There were also events there.
