It contributes to 45% weightage during admissions. There are various other factors that are considered before selecting a candidate. Factors like your academics, GD, PPI, Work ex, sports and extra-curricular activities.

Both BIMTECH Greater Noida and Jaipuria Institute of Management are among the top private B-schools of India with good placement records. You can opt for any one of the two. However, I would prefer Jaipuria Lucknow for PGDM.

If anyone has CMAT percentile between 95 and 100, he/she can apply for Jaipuria Institute of Management. Remember the CMAT/MAT/XAT/CAT score contribute to 45% weightage only during admission process, other factors like your GD, PI, past experience, and your academic performance contribute to 65%. So, prepare well for the personal interview and group discussion also. Let me share the weightage of scores during admission process, it will clear the doubts from the first part of the question:
Score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT 45% weightage
Case-based Group Discussion - 15%
Personal Interview - 20%
Academic Performance - 15%
Work Experience, Sports and Extracurricular Activities - 5%
If you do well in others too, with such decent score in CMAT you might be eligible for good scholarship as well. Now, regarding the second part of the question. The ministry of Human resource has place both Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research and Jaipuria Institute of Management in the top 75 b-schools of India. So, both are good. However the choice is yours. You can do analysis, gather placement data, most importantly it depends on where you live. I hope you know that Mumbai is the most expensive city to live in India. My preference would be Jaipuria Institute of Management - Lucknow.

Both are good. They belong to a single brand, the course curriculum is also the same, faculty members are highly qualified, and placements are centralized. You can opt for either of the two. However, I'd advise you to choose the campus of your city (if you live in either Noida or Lucknow). Otherwise, you can choose any one. Make sure you've appeared for CAT or any other management admission test as it is mandatory to be eligible to apply.
