Both are good. But for PGDM, you may need better CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT scores. And if you are not sure of the specialisation, you should opt PGDM.

Yes, it is mandatory to appear in CAT or MAT or XAT or CMAT, etc in order to get admission in Jaipuria Institute of Management. This percentile score contributes to 45% weightage during admission process.
The admission procedure comprises of following factors:
1. Score in in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT : 45% (maximum Weightage)
2. Case-based Group Discussion : 15%
3. Personal Interview: 20%
4. Academic Performance (previous): 15%
5. Work Experience, Sports and Extracurricular Activities: 5%.
So, if you do well in entrance exam, GD and PI, you'll have control over 45+15+20 = 80% weightage during admissions. And obviously, you'll get some marks in Academic performance (15% weightage). Now, the 5th category weighs 5% only.
To know the exact percentage of students placed, you may have to contact them. But their placement record is good. Companies like Hindustan Unilever, HDFC, Amul, etc come here.

The placement and all other activities held at Jaipuria institutes are centralized. This means whichever Jaipuria you join, it will be common for all the institutes. Jaipuria, Lucknow is better in terms of staff and student relationship as staff at Lucknow campus have a huge experience and have a great portfolio. They are connected to the industry in one way or the other. Also Lucknow campus is 25 years old which has its own reputation. I would prefer you to take Lucknow campus more than Noida campus.

That depends on what you want to do after PGDM or MBA. If you want to do Ph.D, you can go for MBA. If you want to go for a job, you can go for PGDM. But if you do PGDM from Jaipuria, you can go for Ph.D as it is AICTE and AIU approved.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow campus is better ranked than Jaipur campus. The course fee is same for both the campus. Placements are also equally good for both the campuses. Some of the important points while selecting an institute are accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records, tuition fees, city preference, industry interface. Industry exposure is good for students in either of the college. If possible visit the college is better to get a reality check.
