One of the most respected business schools in India is the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) located in Mumbai. The cutoff of the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for the category of OBC NCL (Other Backward Classes Non-Creamy Layer) is usually high because admissions are highly competitive. For OBC NCL category, the anticipated CMAT cutoff percentile of JBIMS is about 99.81 percentile. The high cutoff indicates the stringent selection process and the high quality of education maintained by the institution. It is to be noted that the cutoff can fluctuate marginally every year depending upon the number of candidates, the difficulty level of the test, and the performance level of the candidates as a whole. JBIMS does not officially declare category-wise cutoffs for CMAT, but the overall trend suggests that candidates must score very high to get admitted. The institute also takes into account other aspects like academic performance, work experience, and performance in the group discussion and personal interview rounds. In conclusion, to gain admission to JBIMS under OBC NCL category via CMAT, striving for a percentile of approximately 99.81 or more is recommended. This will enhance your prospects of being above the cutoff and moving forward to the next rounds of selection.

Hi,Scoring a 99.99 percentile in CMAT is an excellent achievement, and it certainly boosts your chances of getting into top management colleges like JBIMS (Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies). However, your 10th and 12th scores of 70% may be slightly below the average for some top-tier institutes.JBIMS typically considers the following for admission:CMAT score (which you've done exceptionally well in),Academic background (including your 10th and 12th scores),Work experience (if applicable),Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) performance. Keep a positive approach and best of luck for the next steps in your admission process!

First and foremost, you could consider valuable insights concerning the whole admission process into the famed Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) via the CMAT score, as this institute admits students to the MBA programme only through this method. The process is as follows:First of all, check into eligibility under JBIMS; eligibility in general for the institute would be a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university along with the minimum percentage as stipulated by the institute. Once you have verified your eligibility, register for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) under the aegis of the National Testing Agency (NTA).After you take the CMAT and have your score, go back to the JBIMS official site and check out the latest admission notification for the specific year. Generally, it would declare the results along with the application procedure following the announcement of the CMAT exam results. For applying, visit their website and fill out the application form giving all the required documents for verification, including the CMAT scorecard.Once completed submission of application, JBIMS shall proceed to the selection mechanism through shortlisting on the basis of CMAT score. In addition, some other criteria including performance in school, work experience, group discussions, and possible personal interview sessions may be held subsequently for shortlisted candidates.
