B.Sc. in Biotechnology - Batch of 2028

Biotech department is strong to get hands-on experience with internships and various add-on courses.
Placements: I had no experience during my time at this college. One of the most satisfying aspects is the placement support. The placement cell is active and genuinely helpful. They conduct regular training sessions, mock interviews, and aptitude tests which really help us feel confident during placement drives. Many students from my batch got placed in reputed companies. I personally found the opportunities well-matched to our course.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are also worth mentioning. I stayed in the college hostel for three years and found it quite comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Faculty: Faculty members here are excellent. Most of the professors are highly qualified and approachable. They not only deliver the curriculum well but also provide mentorship and support for academic as well as career-related doubts. Guest lectures and workshops by industry professionals are also frequently arranged, which enhances our understanding beyond textbooks.
Other: Campus is peaceful and eco-friendly, surrounded by greenery and a well-maintained garden. It creates a positive and refreshing learning atmosphere. Infrastructure is modern. All labs are well-equipped with updated instruments, especially for biotechnology students.

The college had good facilities.
Placements: The roles offered in our course were to know more about grammar usage, teaching skills and self motivation and to avoid stage fright, good speaking skill and creative thinking. Yes, there are companies that allow students to do internships in California.
Infrastructure: The classroom facilities was good there are labs with Wi-Fi, digital boards and a large library. Hostel facilities were so good compared to another hostel; there was a good chef and the menu changed every day. Sports and games in our college are of great importance, as are facilities and coaching.
Faculty: Yes, teachers were so helpful during the exam; they were qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was good. The pass percentage last year was 90%. They are all students who cannot attend the semester exam because of shortage of attendance .
Other: I chose this course because of I want to study LL.B.

Biotech in JDT is an okayish experience.
Placements: Just two or three students were actually placed. The package average is 10k. No top recruiting companies. 1-2 percent get the internship (if they put in the work to actually get one). Since it's an undergraduate course, there weren't many job opportunities offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi isn't available. Labs are okay. There are basic equipment needed for the course and all. The library is okayish but has the necessary resources. The classrooms are good. Sports activities are there. Games are important as well. Playground, basketball court and all.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but need some more improvement in their skills. They're qualified. Some teachers were good. Some lack teaching skills. It is curriculum-relevant but focuses mainly on theory. Semester examination is moderately difficult but 80 percent of students get passed.
Other: I chose this because it's fast-growing and has many opportunities. Overall lab experiences could've been better. Events, fest, and campus are all good and fine.

Bachelor of Business Administration - Batch of 2022

Our college has good faculty and poor management.
Placements: There is no one placed. There are no placements for UG courses and nobody will get a job after this course. There is a better option to take post-graduation and scope for placements.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi, labs, good classrooms, a library, etc. There is poor quality food and strict wardens. There was an issue that happened in the 3rd year that our classroom ceilings collapsed during the rainy season and management took action against the issue.
Faculty: Teachers are awesome and friendly. Teaching was good and helpful. University exams are unpredictable and somewhere it will be difficult and sometimes easy. It is a self-financing college and the exam center will be in the college itself.
Other: The course duration is 3 years. There is nothing for entertainment purposes. College will not provide anything for students enjoyment. If we try to conduct some programs they will stop it at any cost.

Disappointed how the management and staffs behaved and support the creative students.
Placements: 1. No one get the placement. That is the saddest part. 2. No companies come for recruitment. 3. We can be a graphic designer, we can be a cinematographer, etc. I got to be the magazine editor of 2019-2022 college magazine. I was an NCC lance corporal (rank after cadet and corporal).
Infrastructure: 1. It's pathetic and management always stand against the students interests and peaceful protests 2. Boys hostel and girls hostel facility available 3. Happy thing is there are orphans studying which each of these students were sponsored Arabs or foreigners etc.
Faculty: Nothing is learned from its class, teachers are just giving sessions for sake of their salary. Its the best future course for you. Exams were hard and covid was a high hit on the verge of dreams and college. Never support the fees reductions for almost 1 and half years of online class.
Other: It's a best creative, imaginative .

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2028

Our faculty is very good, and we are absolutely satisfied. Placements in our college are average.
Placements: In our college, 25% of students are placed after graduation. 100% of students get internships from the course. We must do a minimum of three internships before completing the whole course period. Comparatively, placements are low in our college. Since 2022, we started the placement process in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good. Every department has a Wi-Fi connection. Our lab is average. Classrooms in our college are also average. Our library is really good and well-equipped; its ambiance is also very good. The college hostel is bad. Every student is complaining about the food.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, really qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also very good. This course is curriculum-relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult. If you study, then you will pass the exams. The pass percentage of our college is also high. This year, we have a 1st rank holder in Calicut University in the B.Sc. CS department.
Other: Our college conducts fests like fine arts, Onam, Christmas, college day, Freshers' Day, etc. Campus surroundings are okay.
