I am absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty members in our college.
Placements: Around 30-40% of students get placed. The placement process is not fully developed. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Many top pharmaceutical companies like Aurobindo and Divis recruit students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi strength is too poor on campus and routers are not sufficient to cover hostel rooms. Labs are not fully equipped with laboratory equipment. Classrooms are not enough to accommodate the entire strength of around 60-70 people. The library is not fully developed and not furnished with required books related to core subjects.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are helpful towards the students' concerns. They are helpful during crisis situations. Some of them are not good at core knowledge. The academic curriculum is not relevant. This course is not accurate with regard to curriculum. Things are entirely different compared to the academic calendar and institutional regards with that of academics, course development reforms, and almost with references too. Semester exams are moderately tough. Students are not fully ready with industrial knowledge.
