Q: How can I get into K.S. Group of Institutions for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

K.S. Group of Institutions has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed any Diploma examination or equivalent examination and scored a minimum of 45% (40% of marks in Q.E. in case of SC, ST and Backward Classes of Karnataka candidates.) marks taken together in all the compulsory subjects of the final year (Fifth and sixth semester) Diploma Examination (Q.E) will be eligible for admission to the BE courses. In addition, Candidate after qualifying the diploma, must also possess a minimum of Two Years Full Time Work experience as on the due date, of the year of admission, in a registered firm / Company / Industry / Educational and / Government Autonomous Organizations in the branch of Engineering / Technology, in which the candidates possess a Diploma and in which admission is sought by the candidates.
B.Arch	Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates must have valid GATE score.
After 10th Diploma	Candidate must have passed Grade 10, SSLC or its equivalent with a minimum of 35% marks from a recognised board/institute.

One of the good architecture schools in the city.

Placements: All architecture schools around the country. Do not provide placements. It has been that way for a long time now. Hence there is no question of good / bad placements. Although in the course we have to attend an year long or a semester full of internship for which the college helps with LORs etc.

Infrastructure: An architecture school does not need any labs as such, but we do have a cad lab, climatology lab, a natural forms museum, an amazing library with some rare books and monthly issues of some architectural magazines. Also we get to participate in annual sports meet conducted by the main KS group of institutions which promotes interactions between students of other disciplines. We have Wi-Fi all over the campus.

Faculty: We have an amazing set of faculty with us ! They are all well qualified and from some of the prestigious institutes of the country, like CEPT, shantiniketan, SPA, NIT etc. We also have a number of visiting faculty members. Who come in on a monthly/ weekly basis and review our designs and help us out with design solutions. We also have these design talks, and discussions frequently which help us in improving our designs.

Other: We also have an annual fest called varna ! where we conduct number of workshops and talks its a good time of the year.
