It is a fine college, but placements need to improve a lot.

Placements: Placements should be improved.

Infrastructure: No lab facilities were provided by the college management.

Faculty: Faculty members were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. They were friendly. Students were not attending lectures regularly. They came only to write exams.

It is a good college, but the only thing is it doesn't conduct campus placements.

Placements: About 65% of the students from our course got placed. There are no offers in our college. However, Hero, etc., companies visit here. Top roles depend on performance in projects, and top roles are offered if students have good discipline and responsibility. Students got internships from our course in which they have to do only a project in reputed companies like Hero, etc.

Infrastructure: Labs, library, classrooms and departments of HR, finance, marketing, operations and research are available in our college. The internet facility is also available, and there is a good nature on the campus with greenery. There is a garden. There are good facilities in hostels, and good quality food is served. But it is a waste of joining here because of not having campus placements.

Faculty: Teachers are professional in their subjects of management studies and have good qualifications. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and they can make students industry-ready. They have good professional skills because they have a postgraduate diploma. So, they have working experience and skills of teaching.

Other: This course includes human resources management. Our college has staff members with better communication skills, and it provides group discussions, motivation and guidance to achieve our goals, etc. We should improve our communication skills and our way of talking to clients, colleagues, etc. There are no campus placements yet.

Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B. Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with the mentioned marks (45 % marks in BC categorie ) in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University. The qualifying degree obtained by the Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations.
