TS ICET 2024 cutoff ranks/scores are released with the counselling details of the next session. Candidates can evaluate the TS ICET last rank from the seat allotment list released at the official counselling website, i.e. tsicet.nic.in. The admissions into the TS ICET participating colleges is based on the TS ICET last rank report. Soon after TSCHE releases the TS ICET results, candidates can download the rank card and predict the TS ICET admission calls considering the last sessions cutoff scores here. TS ICET cut off 2024 refers to the minimum score required for admission to MBA and MCA programmes the participating institutes offer. Separate cut-off lists in the form of ranks will be released by the participating colleges based on which participants will be called for the counselling round.

Q:   What is a good TSICET score?

A:
A good score in TSICET depends on various factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, and the number of seats available for admission. However, if the previous year's trends are to be considered, scoring above 90 to 100 marks out of a total of 200 is considered a good score in TSICET. Candidates must note that the cutoff score for TSICET varies for different colleges and universities. Additionally, a good score can vary across categories. Candidates with a good TSICET score and a good academic record are likely to have better chances of securing admission to top MBA and MCA colleges in Telangana.
 

Q:   What is TSICET qualifying cutoff?

A:
Every year, with the release of TSICET notification, TSCHE notifies the qualifying cutoff, also known as qualifying score. Candidates appearing for the TSICET exam must meet the qualifying cutoff to participate in the counselling process. For TSICET 2023, qualifying cutoff has not changed from the previous session, I. e. 25 per cent for unreserved category candidates. Those who belong to reserved categories are eligible for the counselling, irrespective of their scores. Out of 200 marks, your category candidates have to secure 50 marks to be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
 

TS ICET Cutoff 2024

TSCHE releases the TS ICET last rank statement with the counselling process of the subsequent session. TS ICET 2024 cutoff will be released along with the TS ICET 2025 counselling details. TS ICET 2023 last rank statement will be out as soonas the TS ICET 2024 counselling process commences on the admission portal.

TSICET 2024 Counselling

TSICET 2024 counselling for admission to the MBA and MCA programmes is expected to begin in the first week of September. Based on the candidate's rank in TSICET exam, participating institutes will call candidates to attend the counselling session. Candidates are required to register for TSICET counselling and then attend the certificate verification process at the designated time, place and date. The seat will be allotted to the candidates based on their individual rank, college preferences and availability of seat.

Q:   How is TSICET rank allotted?

A:
TSICET rank is allotted based on the normalised scores of the test takers. However, there can be cases when scores of two or more test takers are similar. In such cases, Kakatiya University will allot the TSICET rank by following the below mentioned chronological process - 1. First preference will be given to the test takers with a higher score in section A of TSICET exam. 2. In case the candidates have an equal score in section A, then the candidate with higher marks in section B will be preferred for rank allotment. 3. If the tie persists after considering the scores in Section A and B, TSCHE considers the age of the two candidates. The candidate who is older in age will get the TSICET rank preference.

Candidates can apply for admissions as per TSICET scores via the centralised counselling process. For instance, if the candidate is aspiring for MBA Admission in 2023-24 batch, he/she must appear for TSICET 2023. Similarly, candidates aspiring for admission to MBA 2024-25 batch must appear for TSICET 2024. However, several institutes may entertain admission via TSICET scores after the counselling window is closed. Therefore, it is advisable that candidates check the institute-specific admission criteria before applying for the entrance test.
