B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2023
1.8

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, bad placements in 2023.
Placements: In our college, there were 70 students in our graduating class. Of those, one of my friends got a 4.7 LPA package and went on to work as a software engineer at LG Soft. Others went to startups, and some went to foreign countries to pursue higher education.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in the classrooms, but it is available in the labs. The quality of the labs is good, and the college canteen is the best thing about the college. We had a lot of fun there. A little more improvement is needed.
Faculty: The passing percentage is good, around 80-85%, and the course is relevant to the curriculum, making it easy to pass. However, the quality of teaching is poor, as the teachers only explain the main concepts, and if we want to score high, we have to study on our own.
Other: I chose computer science and engineering because technology is an emerging field. However, the curriculum needs to be updated to include proper coding and presentation skills, which are essential in today's job market.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2021

Not even average college. Not worth the money.
Placements: Mostly 30-50% students are placed.
1 Lac is the lowest and the highest is up to 3 to 4 lacs which does not include hostel fee.
Biocon pharmaceutical.
Most of the students are running their own medical shops and other students work in different areas like hospital, industry, pharmacy.
Infrastructure: Library is available. Hostel facility is available but is in different location. You need to travel for about 30 minutes to reach college from hostel. Bus fees will be separate. Campus does not have an auditorium. Campus is tiny and does not have much space.
Food is average.
Faculty: Qualified teachers are recruited with masters in pharmacy or above qualifications. Teaching is not upto the mark. Not enough staffs are available. Online classes are not conducted during covid lockdown. Does not provide proper knowledge about subject only few staffs are knowledgeable.
Other: Because my dream was to work in healthcare. This course offers wide range of career options. I wish to improve internship programs. Campus is tiny with less crowd. Occasionally different events are organised.

It's better not to select this college.
Placements: There were no placements for our senior batch, and the placements were not good for our batch too. I got selected for Accenture, but I didn't receive any updates from the recruitment team or from the college, and the same thing happened with many students in my batch.
Infrastructure: Labs are okay, but not too good they are just manageable. There is no Wi-Fi facility, and the library facilities are poor. The infrastructure is not good, and the quality of administration is also poor. There is no encouragement for sports and games. The hostel is the worst. There are no good facilities for the hostel, and the security is bad.
Faculty: The faculty members were pretty good when I was there. Some good faculty members are still serving in the college. Some departments' faculty members have to be upgraded. There are many courses offered in the college, but they concentrate and give good facilities for only some courses.
Other: Nothing much interesting happens in the college.

Don't waste your time joining this college.
Placements: There were no placements for my seniors. Our batch students got placements but only for the computer science department. But, the selected students did not get a single call from the companies which have visited the campus for placements. The students who are working now are not offered any salaries. Overall, the placements are of no use.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not available. Labs are not good and there is no proper equipment. The college is situated in the centre of an area which is like a forest. A first-year student has died in a small pond near the hostel. Wardens are not good, and the food provided is average, but the prices are too high. There is no proper ground available for sports, only a small basketball ground is available.
Faculty: The teachers in this college are good but some teachers don't have good qualification. They use only blackboards for teaching, and they never used a projector. Some teachers lack communication skills. The student-faculty ratio is 80:1.
Other: The only good thing about this college is celebrations. No scholarship is provided. No extracurricular activities are conducted.

Dissatisfied because of the infrastructure and placements.
Placements: There are no placements for fashion designing student even after so many of them have given a feedback regarding this they haven't taken any action. No placements cell so far. Placements should improve then only students will be more interested in joining this college.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't provide Wi-Fi, one Practical Lab for stitching, Classrooms are not spacious, and all other facilities like library medical facilities sports and games are available libraries are of full of books and. Classrooms should be more spacious so the students will be comfortable in class and they will be more focus on Class.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are good. The course curriculum is knowledgeable. Teachers use pots and practical ways to clear each and every concept nicely. They should give more practical work to interpret their lectures in practice.
Other: The college conducts 3 to 4 events in a year.

Not very good college but it is okay. The college officials teach well and it is good.
Placements: No placement opportunity. It is a college-owned course. It is not under the university, and there is no job placement in this college. They take more fees from the students. The lab is good. The students were good, and each one got an internship in Mangalore or MNC and big industries.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, good classes and good lab. There is good fashion designing lab, there are more sewing machines, and we have sketching tables and all other facilities. The college has cultural and heritage functions. The college doesn't have Wi-Fi or fast internet. I did not have any infrastructural related issues.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. I got an industry exposure. It was a good experience with the faculty. The teaching methods used were theory and practical. The course curriculum was useful for me. I got a job. The college is very good, and it is very beautiful.
Other: The college has a big fees issues. The college officials charge more fees unnecessarily. They make the students fool and they charge more from the poor people. they don't have a good mess and it is pathetic and very bad food. The students should eat only one food.
