B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) - Batch of 2028
4.2

It has good placements, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure for the fee they charge.
Placements: I'm from the B.Tech CSE cybersecurity batch of 2026. Placements have definitely picked up compared to previous batches. Around 70-85% of students got placed this year. The highest package offered is 8 LPA. The average package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, and Cognizant. Quite a few students also bagged internships through campus drives. The placement team provides regular preparation for aptitude sessions, mock interviews, GD practice, and soft-skill workshops that really help during actual interviews.
Infrastructure: The college has solid infrastructure. CSE cybersecurity labs are well-equipped with proper systems and internet. Classrooms have projectors. We have a central library with both books and digital access. Wi-Fi is available across major parts of campus. Hostels are clean and well-managed. Rooms are decent for 2-3 students. Mess food is average to good. The canteen is affordable. A medical room is available for emergencies. The college promotes sports like cricket, volleyball, and badminton.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and pretty approachable. They explain concepts clearly and support us during labs, projects, and exam preparation. Many professors also mentor students for placements and higher studies like GATE/GRE. The syllabus is updated and covers core CSE cybersecurity topics needed in the industry. We get additional workshops, coding sessions, and personality development classes. Semester exams are moderate. If students are regular in classes and revise, then exams are not tough. The pass percentage in our department is quite good.

Great college where we learn a lot, and financial aid is great.
Placements: Placement in our college is much better compared to the previous year. Around 70 to 80% of students from our course got placed in different companies. The highest package was around 20,00,000, with an average package of 4.8 and the lowest package of 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Infosys, and many more. Students also got internship opportunities and training programs for skill sessions, which help students prepare for better roles, such as software development, process, and data analyst positions.
Infrastructure: The college provides infrastructure facilities for the students. Our department has computer labs, internet access, and projectors in classrooms. An academic city is available in the area of the campus. The hostel is there, but it's a little far from the college; the hostel rooms are decent, and the food quality is also good. They provide reasonable prices, and medical facilities are available for sports and extracurricular activities like volleyball, badminton, and cultural events. The annual campus environment is good for both academics and overall student life.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, qualified, and knowledgeable in their subjects. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and help students during examinations. Some members also guide students for placement and higher studies. The curriculum is relevant and covers important technology subjects that help students gain industry knowledge.
Other: The college provides good education, placement, infrastructure, extracurricular activities, and reasonable fees. Students from middle-class backgrounds can benefit from scholarships and placement training programs.

I suggest the college now.
Placements: I think there was below 10% of students got placed. The highest package was maybe 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary was 2.8 LPA. Companies are all startups and medium-range companies. Top roles offered were software engineer, data analyst, and process associate. In core branch side, they offer VLSI embedded.
Infrastructure: According to facilitate Wi-Fi was not too accurate. Labs were normal there and all equipments were not there. Classroom looks simple. Library looks good but lack of books. In library, we found only some sets of books may be those were not present to follow. May be I suggest good author books.
Faculty: I don't think faculty members were qualified. All faculty members were failed candidates and half knowledge faculty. No curriculum they will go blindly. Pass percentage was 50-60%. Many students got failed because of lack of facilities to teach in my college maybe in the future this will change.
Other: I chose EEE to get a core job. I chose it because AI can't ruin these EEE jobs. May be unwanted subject, I think some subjects were useless in my course. No regular events will be conducted.

About our Kasireddy Research College in Telangana.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in our college is quite low. The highest package offered is around 20 LPA, while the lowest package is about 3 LPA. Many recruiting companies like TCS and Cognizant visit the college. The roles offered mainly focus on skills such as spoken communication and coding.
Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is very bad. There are not sufficient benches in the classrooms, and there are many Wi-Fi problems. The lab equipment is in bad condition, and many hostels are of bad quality with bathrooms in bad condition. Also, the canteen is too worst, and the prices for food are very high.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful with all educational issues, and many knowledgeable teachers are skilled in the college. Many students actively participate in curriculum-related activities. However, the semester fees are too high, and the pass percentage in the college is around 40%.
Other: I chose this course for a better future. Civil engineering is the best option because it connects with all types of software and hardware jobs. Many events are conducted in the college, and the campus surroundings and green environment are very nice. However, there is no scholarship available for students on our campus.

Good faculty and environment in the college.
Placements: Nearly 40% of my friends got placement. Now they are happy with their jobs and more drives are done in college. The highest to lowest package is ranging between 2.4-9.5 LPA.
COGNIZANT, WIPRO, TCS, ACCENTURE, etc. are the top recruiters. Some got internships also.
Infrastructure: College faculty are very experienced and teach very nicely. The labs are very good and Wi-Fi connection is there in college. A good environment classroom and a big library are available. The college is very good and strict. The food in the college hostel is very nice.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to the students by helping them in exams to improve the students. They all are qualified faculty. They organize some curriculum-relevant activities also. The pass percentage is nearly 95% at the completion of the course.
Other: I am a part of the 2019-2023 batch. I took ECE batch in engineering. By this course, we can choose any one of them, software or hardware. Yes, many events, fests, and campus crowds are organized.
