Average college. Very difficult to get support for extracurricular activities & classes were boring.

Placements: 60 - 70 percent placement in companies such as Crowne Plaza, CGH, and other travel agencies. Annual packages vary from 1.2 LPA to 2.4 LPA. The packages offered mostly are very less compared to the expectation. Internship period was only one month which was not enough.

Infrastructure: Computer labs, conference room, basketball court, ladies hostel. And a lot of facilities are just show off. For example, there is no basketball even though basketball court is there. Heard lots of complaints from girls staying at the hostel due to quality of the food.

Faculty: Faculty is average in all aspects. A few faculty members were good, a few were below average (2019). Very difficult to get support for extracurricular activities. Classes were boring. Most of the subjects were not related to the specialisation, Tourism Studies, mostly management subjects are given.

Good college for people who wanna be a part of tourism industry.

Placements: From MBA 90% of students got placed in various travel agencies with the City and the State. With an average of 1.5 LPA in companies like Inter continental hotel groups and Leela Kovalam. The roles offered included front office manager, customer service manager etc.

Infrastructure: The institute has a good infrastructure with well furnished classrooms, computer labs and a very resourceful library. The college is set up in a heritage building, hence the atmosphere at the college is really calm. The college is situated in a small area still all the necessary facilities are available here.

Faculty: The teachers of the college are well qualified and experienced. The teachers are very helpful during the course, they motivate us to be the best version of ourselves, which is one of the best quality of the faculty members of the institution. The curriculum is relevant and to some extent makes you industry ready.

This institute is really awesome it provides a scope for all the tourism and business aspirants.

Placements: There are so many companies who came to this institute for interviewing students by asking general questions regarding tourism and to bring out and identify the inborn talent and potential of the students by guiding them in a right direction and to motivate.

Infrastructure: Kitts institute has a well-developed classroom with pleasant nature surrounded by trees and other natural beauty it has a canteen which provides a variety of food and it has a football and volleyball court. The campus is free from any kind of violence etc.

Faculty: The teachers of this institute are well qualified and they are friendly with the students and the library of this institute is internationally certified and it is declared as Asia's the biggest library and this institutes gives us exposure towards many tourism industry's and encourage us to be confident.

What is the eligibility to get admission in Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies for UG/PG courses?

Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
BBA	Candidate passed 12th/equivalent with any subject combinationof the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply.
B.Com	Candidate passed 12th/equivalent of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply provided candidates coming from NonCommerce group should have at least 45% of the aggregate marks.
MBA/PGDM	Candidates completed graduation/bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in the field of Arts, Science, Engineering, Commerce, Management and equivalent from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply. Candidates who are appearing for the final year of the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply, provided their results are declared before the commencement of the admission process for the KMAT Kerala.
