Since English Language Usage and Reading Comprehension section includes reading comprehension passages, it can be considered a lengthy section. Yes, KMAT Kerala exam has negative marking. Candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answer. One mark will be deducted from the total score for each incorrect answer marked by the candidate.

Any electronic item including a watch, mobile phone, ipad, calculator, smartwatch, etc. is not allowed inside the KMAT Kerala examination centre. Any candidate found carrying such an item inside the examination hall will be disqualified.
