I'm a student in the mechanical department, Although no company is allowing mechanical students to take part in the placement process, Wipro hired us.

Absolutely satisfied with campus, good placement in 2022.
Placements: According to me, a good number of students are placed; approximately 80 to 90 percent of the students are placed every year in different companies. Good companies also come, but for shortlisting, there is a selection criterion, and purely merit-based admission is taken.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and the hostel are just amazing. The best campus in Delhi NCR. A lot of facilities are provided, like Wi-Fi, labs, a library, and AC in classrooms. There are 5 canteens in the college, a few of them being Healthy Hut, Green Chilli, Nescafé, and Big Treat.
Faculty: Teachers are good, but in the core branches, the teachers are outstanding. There are basically three exams that take place in a semester: two mid-semester exams and one end-of-semester exam, and it is easy to pass those exams.
Other: I chose this course because it is the best option for me and also because of the highest placement rate in the NCERT region.

My most honest feedback. Average placement and faculty.
Placements: A high percentage of students are placed, but mostly in mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, etc. The highest package last year was 87 LPA, which was an off-campus placement. Many students went to higher studies, while some settled for really low packages like 3 LPA. Infosys HackWithInfy hired 5 students with 9.5 LPA and 1 student with 6.25 LPA. The highest package on campus was 42.70 LPA at ServiceNow. Many students in the 3rd year do internships in various domains like app development, web development, graphic design, editing, and cryptography. The top role offered by recruiters was in app development.
Infrastructure: This college is known for its amazing infrastructure. We have Wi-Fi accessibility everywhere, and charging ports are available on each desk in each class. The library is good, where you can get the books issued, and the management keeps introducing new books. The hostel has everything good except the mess. So, not talking about the food, medical facilities are always available, and you can play sports and games. College has a volleyball, basketball and badminton court. Girls are not allowed to leave the hostel after 8.
Faculty: Many of the teachers are neither helpful, nor qualified, nor knowledgeable. You will have to learn everything on your own. Ours is an AKTU batch, so the exams were really tough. But now KIET has become a deemed university, so for incoming students, it has introduced courses that are really relevant according to the industry, and the exams are not too tough.
Other: I chose this course because, amongst other private colleges of AKTU, KIET is the best. Management is not strict. We have events going on almost every month. The major technical one was Innotech, then we had DataVerse. Various clubs in the college keep organising different contests and hackathons, which is something I really love. I have maintained my Leetcode score because of it.

A genuine review of KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, from a 2nd-year student.
Placements: About 90% of students get placed in various companies. It includes Infosys (Software Development Intern), TCS (Digital Marketing Intern), Wipro (Data Analyst Intern), Cognizant (Software Engineering Intern), HCL (Business Development Intern), and Zomato (Marketing and Content Intern). About 500 students get mass recruited in Infosys each year. The highest package offered is 87 LPA, and the average package is 5–6 LPA. The placements are decent but have declined this year, with most packages ranging from 3–5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Although a new MAC lab has been built this year, other labs are still not good and feel outdated. The infrastructure of the college is quite good but needs some improvements. Labs are mostly outdated, especially the mechanical labs, but some new labs are good, like the CNC lab and 3D printing lab. There are two libraries in the college, one of which has a vast collection of books and resources. Most canteens are good but need some improvement in seating and crowd management.
Faculty: Teaching is quite good, with practical knowledge as well. However, I do not like the programming faculty because of their lack of knowledge and school-like behavior. Apart from this, exams go smoothly. The syllabus is good, but I do not think it makes students fully industry-ready. They have to improve their skills on their own.
Other: I chose KIET because it is suggested by my school teachers and it is near my house, which is the biggest reason for joining this college. I wish to add more practical-based learning, which could increase opportunities. The campus is overcrowded, as there are many students in different branches of engineering.

Faculty is really bad good infrastructure average placements wonderful fests and tech events.
Placements: The placements are still going on this year but the data is not available. Last year 2024 the highest package offered is 87LPA at Paladin Bladesmith Inc. which is off campus while the lowest reached at 3LPA. Second the highest is 42.70LPA at Service now. Third the highest was 32LPA at AMD. The average package offered is 5 to 6LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS Coforge Infosys and Rapipay.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available everywhere inside the college. Labs are also equipped with good facilities. We have a library and a reading room. Although there are not many good books to read in the library technology related. The experience is quite good. The water index is really bad. Many of my friends complain about losing hair and having pimples. Mess food is average and canteen food is good but you cannot eat it every day. A doctor is always available. We have a cricket club volleyball club athletics club martial arts shooting NCC and that is quite a lot.
Faculty: Teachers are not at all knowledgeable. It seems that they are themselves confused in their subjects. There is no point in asking questions to them as they will somehow misunderstand the question and just repeat everything they said. Curriculum is quite relevant. In the first year we have C and Web designing and in the second year Java so it is good. Semester exams are easy you can easily pass. Just do not get detained because of low attendance 75 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I have interest in coding and technical stuff. The best things in this course are that everything you study is relevant. I even feel that I can apply Chemistry to solve a real problem. Kiet is autonomous college it has the power to make its own syllabus so we do not have to follow the prescribed AKTU syllabus which is good. Tech events are really good. We have Innotech recently wherein many students showcase their projects. Crowd is quite nice and helpful. Scholarships are easily provided.

Good college with helpful teachers, nice campus, and decent placements.
Placements: Our batch has around 60 students. The placement drive started in the final year. Some students got placed in good companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The highest package is around 6 LPA, and the average package is around 3.5 LPA. Internship chances are available for a few students in 3rd year.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Classrooms are clean and have projectors. Computer labs are updated with the latest software. There is high-speed Wi-Fi available across the campus. The library has many useful books. Hostels are neat, safe, and comfortable. Mess food is okay. It could be better. There are also sports grounds, a canteen, and a gym. Overall infrastructure is good and well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly, well-qualified, and always ready to help students. The course syllabus is updated and includes both theory and practical learning. Teaching quality is good and easy to understand. Exams are held on time and are fair. Internal assessment and lab tests help students prepare well. Overall, faculty and academics are strong and supportive.
Other: College life here is a mix of learning and enjoyment. The campus is clean and disciplined. More placement drives will make it even better. Overall, a good college for those who want quality education and decent exposure.

My review of KIET as a first year.
Placements: So I will tell you the complete truth about it. The highest placement is 87 LPA, which is a huge number if you look at the college level, while the lowest is 3.6 LPA from Infosys. The average package is not clear, but around 5–6 LPA. Infosys and TCS internships are quite low. The developer is the highest role.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, this college is good, but the biggest con is that it has quite a small campus of 17 acres. However, the main buildings are well maintained. They provide all types of facilities, labs are well-equipped, Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole campus, and sports facilities are also there along with a gym and all.
Faculty: Mainly, teachers are from NIT and other government colleges. A few are very good in their field, while a few are just boring, which is the same in every college, I guess. The curriculum is great if we compare it to other AKTU colleges, as we are getting software like Fusion 360, learning web development, and all in the first year.
Other: Actually, I have always been fascinated towards technology and all, so that’s the most basic reason for choosing B.Tech.

Hey, picking between LPU, AKGEC, and KIET for B.Tech CSE? All three are solid options with good infra and placements—AKGEC and KIET shine in NCR with decent AKTU rankings and local company visits, no doubt.
But if I had to nudge, LPU edges out for me. Their CSE programme is super updated with special
