College placements are good for CS, IT, ECE and electrical branches, but for the mechanical and civil branches, the scope of placement is less.

Faculty members are rude & the campus is overcrowded. It is not worth because the fee is too high.
Placements: 40 to 45 percent of students got placed in 2025. The highest package is 18 LPA and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA. TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Aditya Nagar Limited, and CSE are high recruiting companies. Around 55 percent of students got internships. Mostly in tier 3 companies, data-related roles are offered. The placement cell is not good. Placement is 40 percent in reality but the college shows higher data.
Infrastructure: Facilities and labs are good. Electricity is very unstable, and the AC is not working properly. The campus is overcrowded with too many students in computer-related branches. Wi-Fi is not working sometimes. There is only one canteen. .
Faculty: Faculty members are very rude, and the fee is too high. Teachers are not very qualified as they passed their Master's and joined here for their first job experience, and lab attendants are also rude. Exams are good, but the syllabus is not complete.
Other: I chose B.Tech and this is my first year and I am not totally satisfied with the curriculum. It feels like you are in school.

Good choice to pursue B.Tech.
Placements: A lot of companies like Accenture, Infosys and TCS visit for mass recruitment. Companies like Amazon and Goldman Sachs offered a higher number of packages. Roles offered in companies are software engineers, web designers, ui/ux design, etc. Packages range from 3-4 LPA to all the way to 60 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college campus is nice and refreshing. Greenery and the campus look stunningly beautiful. All the facilities, including the swimming pool, are available. Food lit stadium is also a nice spot for sports. Various activities and festivals are organised by the college, and the hostel is decent, with only the mess as an area of improvement.
Faculty: Teachers are all knowledgeable and skilled with experience in teaching. Ever since college has become autonomous, various industry-relevant subjects have been added to the curriculum, improving the placement ratio for the future. Exams are held regularly to improve skills in both theoretical and technical subjects.

A college that fulfills dreams and gives exposure to an average student.
Placements: Placement in the electronics branch is decent. I have talked to our seniors as well as teachers, and the college displays the number of students who have taken placement from ABES Engineering College in the ECE branch, and the average package is around 5 to 6 Lacs, which is good.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and hostel facilities are also good, but hostels are a little bit costly to afford, as the cost increases every year. Each year, students have a separate mess to eat food, but there is plenty of greenery in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive; you can easily go and connect with them and ask your doubts. Exams are held regularly, and you get to know your performance and where you are standing right now, and they (teachers) motivate you to go further ahead and improve.
Other: Fests are done regularly, but according to the exams scheduled, as in this college, exams are a priority measure. And as placements are decent, I have chosen this course and college.

The class of and the students of ABES College.
Placements: The ABES College is excellent at placements. 80 percent of students are placed every year. The highest package is 59 LPA and the lowest package is 2.6 LPA. The top recruiting companies that come to ABES are Deloitte, Synopsys, Cadence, Gemini Solutions, etc. 50 percent of students are eligible and have appeared for internships with their skills. The top roles offered are R&D engineer and embedded engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of ABES is very good and the college is spread over 17 acres of land with multiple auditoriums. The classrooms are very big and air-conditioned, which is a very big advantage in the summer. The ABES has a very big library with 1lakh plus books. The ABES hostel is very nice. It has 4 blocks and all students up to occupancies of 3000 can live in the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty is very educated at ABES. Most of the teachers are masters or PH.D holders, which makes the faculty fully knowledgeable, and students cooperate with teachers. The course curriculum is made by researching the syllabus followed for the first year. The autonomy subject is divided by college, the college exams are not that difficult, they happen every month, but basic questions are asked and can be answered with high marks.

If you interact with your faculty at the time, then there is a higher rate of your improvement.
Placements: About 97 percent is the placement rate. If you check the official website there are hundreds of companies that visit this college. One student, one placement is mandatory in this college. So, students are over-focused academically.
Infrastructure: Best infrastructure and curriculum. There is proper ventilation and an air-conditioned supply. In a hostel, attendance is required which enhances the security system for any student. Food quality is almost acceptable and varieties are provided on the menu. 8:45 AM- 4:30 PM is the timing with 8 lectures daily.
Faculty: Faculty members are interactive and supportive. There is a proper coding environment for Computer Science and Data Science students. There are many societies that organize time-to-time competitions for coding which enhances the coding environment. It is overall excellent college academically.
Other: About 75 percent attendance is mandatory.

The college is good for placements but has bad college life.
Placements: Placement is good for students who are studying very hard. The market is too competitive, and companies that are coming in are mediocre. You have to work. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the minimum is 3 LPA. They give good support to the student.
Infrastructure: Water is not very good. The food is sometimes delicious, but sometimes it is really bad. The hostel facility and safety are nice. College helps hostel students too much. Hostels need to be fully furnished, but are very strict. Wi-Fi does not work well, is very slow, and hazy.
Faculty: Exams are not very hard, and I genuinely find them easy, and we can give exams just by studying for 2 hours before the exam. As it is an autonomous college, the syllabus and curriculum are very easy. Curriculum is easy to learn, but students do not get enough time for themselves.

UPTAC counselling is now closed for the academic year 2026. Since ABES BTech admissions are based on UPTAC, candidates should consider this date as their BTech admission deadline at this institute.

If candidates missed JEE Mains, they can still apply for this counselling for ABES admission.
