My college is good in infrastructure and faculty but not good in placements.
Placements: The college placement is average, but sometimes good companies like Byju's and Flipkart also come. So if you ask me to rate the placement of my college, I would say average. If you are lucky, you will be placed in a good company. I am also a student of KIPM College of Management, but I am not placed in any good company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and hostel is very good, neat, and clean. The college provides air-conditioned classes, hi-tech conference rooms, and labs. In the summer, the college also provides chilled water for students, and the washrooms are always neat and clean.
Faculty: The faculty of my college are very humble and polite, except for one or two teachers. The teachers are very knowledgeable and well-educated. My college is affiliated with Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, so the paper is very difficult, but if you study, you will pass easily.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to change my domain from medical to the management line. That's why I have done an MBA. I think my college needs to work on their placement. In my opinion, my college doesn't invite big companies, so they need to work on this.

It's a very cost-effective and nice institute.
Placements: Around 50% got placed in it.
The students got around 5.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA in college.
Flipkart is the top recruiter company that arrived here.
60% got their internship at Aisshpra.
Branch Manager is the topmost role offered in the course.
Infrastructure: They have labs, classrooms, a library, and many other places where the infrastructure is very good, and students can easily access the facilities.
Very nice facilities were given at the college where students engage in many beneficial and entertaining activities.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful during the course and helped the students in their growth.
The course curriculum is absolutely relevant and gives deep insight into the industry and the market to the students.
The semester is moderate, and almost 90% of students passed it.

Good college with experienced professors.
Placements: About 70% students are placed in my college. The highest package is 4 lacs per annum, average package is 2 lacs per annum and the lowest package is 1.5 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Igl, Siyaram, hdfc, Mahindra. Students got internship from big bazaar, hdfc bank etc. And 50 percent students got internship. Marketing students have high chance of getting placed as more marketing companies come for placement after that hr.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is good. Classrooms are large. Library is too large and this was my favourite place as I got books on varied topics and journals, newspaper was too there. Labs are also there. There is no Wi-Fi connection for students. Canteen has average food. There were held sports and games occasionally.
Faculty: The teachers are good and experienced. The teaching quality is fine. The course is relevant and makes the student industry ready but only
at a beginner level. The semester exams are moderate and passing percentage is above 90 %. There was good emphasis on theoretical knowledge.
Other: I choose this course as I wanted to get knowledge about MBA and upto a certain level I got also. The best thing about the course is its applicability and its use in every business. I wish to improve the industrial exposure, there should be more emphasis on Internships etc. There were many events held such as Induction ceremony, Teacher's day celebration, fresher's party, seminars, guest lectures.

Review of KIPM College of Management.
Placements: My MBA is in the HR Domain, and many students get selected for jobs. The minimum package is 2.6 LPA and the maximum package is 7 LPA. All students are satisfied without placements and maximum students are already placed before the last semester exam. The college will always support students to help and provide the appropriate jobs that they all deserve.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in classrooms and the library. The hostel and food facilities are awesome. The hostel provides free Wi-Fi and appropriate space for the comfort zone. The hostel food is very hygienic and healthy throughout the day. The food chart will be prepared for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful on the college campus. They all complete our course in a given time. Semester exams are not difficult if we are regular students. All teachers are very friendly. They try to solve all our problems that are related to our studies and semester exams.
