At NMIMS University, Bangalore, the D2C Igniters Club takes the lead in organizing various engaging technical events that foster a spirit of competitiveness and skill showcase among students. At NMIMS University, Bangalore, the hostel fees vary depending on the specific programme and type of accommodation chosen. For B.Sc Applied Statistics and Analytics, B.Sc Artificial Intelligence Hons, B.Sc Finance, and BBA programs, the hostel fees are approximately 4.08 Lacs per annum. For B.Com Hons and BBA LLB Hons, the hostel fees are approximately 5.08 Lacs per annum. BA LLB Hons students would need to pay approximately 8.76 Lacs per annum for hostel accommodation. These fees cover various facilities and services, ensuring a comfortable and conducive living environment for students during their academic journey.

If a student misses the internal exam at NMIMS University, Bangalore, they are advised to immediately inform their respective Dean or the department Head of Department (HOD). By doing so, the university can manage its internal marks in conjunction with its second internal exam, ensuring a smooth resolution without any adverse consequences. It is crucial for the student to consult with their department HOD promptly, especially if there are health-related issues impacting their ability to take the exam. Open communication and timely action will help the student address the situation effectively and prevent any difficulties in their academic progress.

With a 4 point grade point average (GPA) for each trimester or semester and the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for all trimesters of semesters the NMIMS Hyderabad adopts  relative grading system there is no formula for translating CGPA to a percentage because grading is relative. 

 Students are not allowed to miss their examination without any appropriate reason . They may be allowed to retake their examination only after submitting their application with a valid reason of their absence. But skipping any examination may result in reduction of the students internal marks . And the marks once finalized cannot be changed

The students must try to retake the examination and also try to futher improve their performance or marks in that particular subject . Failing in internal examination can be somewhere acceptable but the student should not fail in the final examination as it may affect their placements . 

The college life at NMIMS is quite interesting as it provides the student committee to conduct events to engage students in showcasing their talents and skills . The university organizes various workshops such as entrepreneurship, Tedx talks the university also promotes clutural music and culture among the youth . The university also organises faculty development programme and also organises industrial visits for their students to enhance their practticle knowledge 

There are  hostels available close to NMIMS, with a distance ranging from almost 2 to 3 kms  . With price ranges from 15k to 25 k  List of some of the hostels are : 1. Mks' Corpo Suites2.Dreams Living3.Jubilee Cyber Grande 

As it is a private institution, NMIMS has never used management quotas, caste restrictions or any other forms of reservations. It being a private institution is governed by trustees and decisions about the enhanment of the university's reputation would be decided by the institute trust members.
