The minimum eligibility for LLM at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS, Mumbai is passing LLB in any specialisation with atleast 50% aggregate score. The selection criteria for the course is entrance based with the institute accepting NMIMS Online Entrance Test / CLAT PG scores for the same. NMIMS School of Design accepts the following entrance exam scores for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate design programs :- 

• NMIMS Design Aptitude Test (DAT) :-
  This is NMIMS' own entrance test specifically for design admissions
  It has a written aptitude test, case study analysis and creative ability assessment
  DAT scores are mandatory for all NMIMS design programs.
• NID DAT :-
  Scores from National Institute of Design's Design Aptitude Test are also accepted
  NID DAT also assesses creative and design abilities through multiple choice questions and case studies.
• CEED
  Common Entrance Examination for Design conducted by IIT Bombay
  Tests visual perception, creativity, drawing, etc. CEED qualified candidates can apply for NMIMS design programs.
• UCEED
  Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design accepted for B.Des admissions
  Conducted by IIT Bombay to assess design-based thinking skills
• In addition, candidates have to provide Class 12th percentage, portfolio, Standardized tests scores (SAT, in specific cases) as applicable for different NMIMS design admissions.

In conclusion, NID DAT, CEED, and UCEED scores are required, but NMIMS DAT scores are required in order for candidates to apply to the school of design's design programs.

 Candidate can take 1 main and 2 retakes for each of the examination categories for NMIMS Mumbai NPAT entrance exam. 

NMIMS-NPAT (NMIMS Programs After Twelfth) is an entrance exam conducted by SVKM’s NMIMS for admission to BBA, BTech, BSc, BCom, BDes, MBA (Technology) and other integrated courses offered by different schools of NMIMS at Mumbai, Shipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Indore and Dhule. This entrance exam is conducted across 49 cities at multiple centres.

The Kirit P. Mehta School of Law considers three entrance exams for BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law) (Hons.) admission: Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), aw School Admission Test (LSAT), and National Law Aptitude Test (NLAT), and the cutoff will be different for each exam. The latest Common Law Admission Test cut off for BA LLB (Hons.) program is minimum of 65 marks to get into Kirit P. Mehta School of Law.

No, NMIMS School of Business Management PhD admission is completely entrance-based and depends upon candidates' performance in the entrance tests, conducted by the institute. The entrance test consists of two sections including NMIMS Written Research Ability Test and Critique a Research Manuscript (subject-specific written test). The final selection is based on marks secured in the Personal Interview (PI) round. NMIMS School of Business also accepts UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ Teacher Fellowship examinations, etc.

Eligibility

The candidate should have passed in the examination conducted by a recognised University leading to award of LL.B. degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks). Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply

Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from recognised University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.

The candidate shall have passed the Common Law Admission Test for LL.M. (CLAT PG) / PGCETL for 2023 with valid score or will have to appear for Entrance test conducted by NMIMS (Deemed to-be-University).

As it is a private institution, NMIMS has never used management quotas, caste restrictions or any other forms of reservations. It being a private institution is governed by trustees and decisions about the enhanment of the university's reputation would be decided by the institute trust members. 

A total of 60 students can do BSc at NMIMS School of Design. The seats are offered in a limited number and is offered based on candidates qualifications. Candidates will be offered seats based on the availability of seats and candidates' merit rank. The merit lists are based on the eligibility and entrance exam. Candidates must qualify for the eligibility criteria and appear for the entrance exam.
