It has to be paid in six installments and you can get a scholarship as well if you maintain 7/7.2 cgpa and above. Given that it is a year's program I guess it’s less expensive than some other colleges for the same course. You can check more information on Kim Harihar's website or you can call the admission department for more information regarding fees and scholarship facilities.

I think you should start preparation with Reasoning because it has some different concepts you probably are not aware of then if you are good at basic maths it will be easy to prepare for quantitative aptitude and with these two you should parallely give some time each day for english mostly by solving the previous year papers. I think knowing the question paper pattern is very important for any exam, especially for English. Focus on the time you are taking to solve question papers in time.

At KIM, Harihar, direct admission is generally not available for most courses, including the PGDM. Admission is typically contingent upon the results of national entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, and K-MAT, along with an evaluation of past academic performance and participation in a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)?However, for other programs such as MBA, candidates may be able to apply directly if they meet the eligibility criteria and if there are any vacant seats after the entrance exams are conducted. {Source: MBA/PGDM students & alumni}Here's a summary of the key points:Pros:* Strong Placement Record: Over 90% of students from the last batch were placed in decent and well-reputed companies with a decent salary package.* Good Infrastructure: The college has a lush green campus, well-maintained computer labs, and modern amenities such as gyms, sports grounds, and swimming pools.* Knowledgeable Faculty: The faculty members are well-qualified, with many having Ph.D.s from top universities, and are supportive in every way possible.* Active Clubs: The college has various clubs and associations that organize seminars, workshops, and events, providing opportunities for students to learn and grow.* Good Living Facilities: The hostel buildings may be old, but the environment and facilities are good, with 24-hour Wi-Fi connectivity and decent food options.Cons:* Limited Corporate Connection: Students reported limited interactions with corporates, which affected placements.* Few Guest Lectures: While the faculty members are knowledgeable, the lack of guest lectures might hinder learning opportunities.* Limited Industrial Visits: Students felt that industrial visits could have been more frequent and meaningful.* Poor Location: The college is located in a remote area, which might affect accessibility.* Mediocre Food: Students reported subpar food quality in the mess.Overall, while Kirloskar Institute of Management, Harihar offers a strong foundation for students pursuing an MBA/PGDM degree, it falls short in terms of its corporate connections, industrial visits, and living facilities. However, the college's faculty, infrastructure, and placement records are significant strengths. Ultimately, whether or not the investment is worthwhile depends on individual priorities and expectations.
