Human Resource Management Syllabus aims to develop skills in strategic management functions including human resource planning, compensation, recruitment, training and development, career planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations and collective bargaining.

Syllabus usually includes core business subjects such as marketing, finance, accounting and management as well as specialised Human Resourse courses like Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Information System, Employee Training and Development and Team Building and Leadership.
