Our college has good infrastructure and wonderful facilities. Good placements were provided in 2018.
Placements: I was in the 2015-2018 batch, and it was a wonderful experience for me. Almost 90% of the students of our batch got placed in domestic and in international companies. The maximum salary package offered was 7 LPA and the average salary package offered was around 3.8 LPA to 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provided many facilities and had a well-designed infrastructure. The entire campus was Wi-Fi enabled with good browsing speed. We had high-tech information and technology labs. There was a huge and soothing library. We had a canteen which was good. The quality of food served was also up to the mark. First-aid was available in medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were highly qualified and knowledgeable with good understanding. They were very helpful, and their teachings techniques were very extraordinary. The course curriculum was a relevant and updated version which was helpful in understanding corporate and business life.
Other: The college environment was focused on studies and sports.

The campus is eco-friendly and has a good environment, and the faculty members are helpful.
Placements: The placements are average at UG level, but the placements for PG courses are very good. Many seminars are held for all the students. The most important seminar is held in Delhi once a year, and many good speakers and CEOs were invited. After the seminars, you can easily go to every speaker or CEO and interact with them.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, and there is no hostel because every student is from Bareilly. It has good labs and AC classrooms with projectors and smart learning facilities. The faculty members use PPTs that make it easier for every student to understand the topic.
Faculty: The teachers are very cooperative and very helpful with our queries and problems. They use PPTs to teach. They give tasks to every single person or groups to perform.

Placements: The overall experience of my postgraduate was great with exposure to industrial trips to Parle, Coca-Cola and through seminars and symposiums by renowned speakers. My college mates have done internships in different companies like Maruti Suzuki, Pricol, Polaris, Tata, SBI, etc., and they are currently working in Pidilite, Coca-Cola, Jubilant, ICICI Bank, Reliance, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good with the great collection of books of renowned authors in the library, canteen, smart classrooms and proper Wi-Fi facility. We also have a volleyball court, badminton, basketball, cricket, table tennis and other facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified with a great experience of corporate and academics, which makes the understanding of the students easier and faster. They also help the students to connect and understand the corporate world easier, and study material used by teachers is also updated.
Other: My course helped me to transform from a student to a professional and also helped me to improve to survive in the corporate environment.

Absolutely satisfied because of good faculty.
Placements: I am pursuing BBA from Lal Bahadur Institute of Management and Technology, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Placements in our college are very good, and that is because of our good and supportive faculty which guides students on the right path.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good and I like to study there. Our college creates such an environment in the college so that student never find any difficulty in studying. There are a huge library and a huge computer lab ( IT section ) in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are the best in our area. All are very helpful. If you face any problem, they never refuse to solve a number of times you ask. They are supporting and always think of the wellbeing of students in any situation.
Other: Our college organises very good events for students.

Overall, infrastructure and other facilities are good with the best faculty members and curriculum.
Placements: This college provides the best return on investment for the minimum fees. We get better placements in companies like Karvy, Aditya Birla Capital, Axis Bank, Airtel, Citi Bank, etc. The lowest salary package offered was of 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. All the students are placed in good companies with good packages. Both students and faculty run placements. The internship programme at our college is also good. It is offered in companies like Wipro, Maruti Suzuki, Airtel, Polaris, State Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Pricol, etc., with proper interviews.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of our college is well-equipped with all the facilities and better connectivity. The quality of the library is the best with quality information and authors. The canteen is also good with a variety of food and hygiene, with beautiful surroundings.
Faculty: Our course is divided into six trimesters. The experienced faculty members of both the corporate and academic sectors are available in the college. Mentorship model is followed to provide direction to the students with lots of industrial trips, discussions, and seminars with corporate people.
Other: Our college organises a fest called as Synergy, which is a mix of both cultural and management games like role plays, team building activities, etc.

I'm highly satisfied with my overall experience in this institute.
Placements: The college provides 100% placements in well-known companies. The highest package offered is 7.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 3.5 LPA every year. Our seniors got placed in companies like Pidilite, Karvy, IndusInd Bank, Citi Bank and many more. The placement committee has both teachers as well as students as its members.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really good. The campus has well-designed classrooms equipped with air-conditioners, projectors etc. A playground is available for sports activities like cricket, badminton and volleyball. There is an auditorium to conduct the activities like guest lectures, freshers party, farewell party etc. Labs, library and canteen facilities are also available on the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are really knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the faculty members have the corporate experience, and they share their learnings and experience with us. Students are assigned a mentor. They are highly supportive and motivating. We had several industrial visits to companies like Parle, Coca-Cola and B. L. Agro.
Other: Synergy is our annual fest which is organised by Alliance (student committee) every February. A national seminar is conducted in Delhi, every year, where students get an opportunity to meet various corporate people. Guest lectures are organised by inviting various experienced professionals as well as alumni.

LBSIM has a strong record of PGDM placements. In 2023, the highest and average package offered to the PGDM FM batch was INR 17.20 and INR 12.25 LPA, respectively. On the other hand, the highest and average package offered to the PGDM General batch 2023 was INR 20 LPA and INR 12.3 LPA, respectively.
