My experience in my college.
Placements: Admission to the course is based on the +2 marks. Students who score above 90% will get admission. The fee is between 400000 and 450000; this includes only the tuition fee. The hostel fee is approximately 48000 per year. The students are directly placed in the hospital run by the college authorities, with a salary of 18,000 and above. This was a very good opportunity for the students. The students who all pass with a mark of 60% get the opportunity for an internship.
Infrastructure: The college has good classroom facilities with PowerPoint presentation facilities and good space for the students. The teaching faculty members are well trained. The college has separate labs for each and every subject, which includes nursing foundation lab, community health nursing lab, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology lab, medical surgical lab, etc. The college has good library facilities; each students has permission to take 3 books for 7 days and library was open from 9 am to6 6 . The hostel facilities are also good The meals was nice, which included both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. And the hostel fee is affordable for the students, which is 4000 per month and includes all the facilities .
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and they are well trained in their specialty. The HOD of every specialty has a Ph.D. in their respective subject, which was very helpful for the students. They are well trained in practicals, and they have good practice to train the students. And there are demonstration classes for the practical session. The curriculum was relevant; theory and practical sessions have separate hours in the syllabus but the time schedule was very short to complete the whole syllabus so it is difficult for the students to complete all the activities in a short period of time.
Other: I chose this profession because I like to interact with people, I have adequate patience to cooperate with others and it will provide a good opportunity to go abroad. Scholarships were provided to the students every year, up to 30,000 per year. Sports Day was conducted by the college every year .

Review of Lissie College of Nursing, Lisie Hospital.
Placements: Many students got placed abroad.
Infrastructure: Our college is well equipped with a fully functional library, a computer lab with Wi-Fi, an anatomy lab, a nutrition lab, a nursing foundation lab, an advanced nursing lab, a hospital, an auditorium, etc. Each classroom is equipped with a table, a projector, and a whiteboard. A girls' hostel is available for students and staff. The hostel is 7 storeyed. It has an elevator. It has a terrace for washing and drying clothes. Multiple CCTV cameras are available on all floors. The hostel fee is very affordable for students as well as staff. The mess is well-equipped. It has tables for groups. Students experiencing any medical emergency have access to the parent hospital. It is near our college. The hostel provides indoor games facilities like carrom, ludo, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. Most of them are M.Sc graduates. They are well-experienced. The teaching quality is very good. They complete the theory on time. Our college is affiliated with KUHS University. The course curriculum is relevant. It provides practical and theoretical knowledge. We have 8 semester exams. The pass percentage is 100%. We have annual exams.
Other: Our college provides well-equipped clinical exposure and knowledge. It offers several courses like B.Sc, nursing, DMLT, BLMT, BCVT, dialysis, pharmacy, etc. Our course has around 70 students. After completing the course, we will get the best clinical exposure at Parent's Hospital. It has around 1,000 beds. Clinical exposure begins during your initial phase of education. Our college provides very good opportunities. You will learn to manage several situations and handle a great deal of care independently. Leadership quality is well-mastered. After completion of the course, you can apply at the Parent's Hospital as a staff nurse. I chose this course because it provides many opportunities in other countries. Our college conducts a sports meet every year. Our college conducts only a few extracurricular activities. It focuses on education.

The college has good labs, library, and placement. Clinical practice is good with supervision.
Placements: The university has approved 70 students in each batch. The hospital has given a chance for recruitment for the passing-out batch according to the staff shortage, and they mostly prefer the students from our college. Other hospitals, other than our parent hospital, have given recruitment to their hospital according to staff shortage or the staff who meet their job descriptions.
Infrastructure: The college has all skill lab facilities for its students, and there is also a staff training program for the improvement of their skills. There are a nursing foundation lab, a medical-surgical lab, a child health lab, an obstetrics and gynecology lab, a nutrition lab, and an anatomy and physiology lab. There are well-spaced classrooms with a mic and speaker for clear communication.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. Teachers who have completed their M.Sc. nursing are qualified for teaching in B.Sc. nursing, and those who have completed or are doing their Ph.D. are also recruited as teaching faculty. This helps the students to gain more knowledge. The semester system is more tightly scheduled.
Other: I have a passion for being a nurse, and it's my choice to study at this college due to its clinical experience and academics. I wish the semester system would need some more time to complete. Scholarships need to be given as the fees are much higher, as a common man could not handle it all by themselves. Extracurricular activities should be included.
