Refer the cut-off section through the following link https://www.shiksha.com/college/ludhiana-group-of-colleges-42793/cutoff. The fees would be about INR 1.37 lakhs. Also, You need to score minimum eligibility of 50% marks on your 10 +2 from any stream. Also, you would be eligible for a scholarship
