College with good faculty, campus and sports facilties
Placements: Our batch has 2,000 students. There are no placements, we just receive a degree after qualifying for the final-year exams. No companies came to our college. I'm sharing this information based on my course. I don't know about other related courses. Hope you find it helpful.
Infrastructure: The college is good in sports. We also have a good library, regular examinations, and a good location. I learned many other things that are not related to my course. The campus is huge, and all departments have their own buildings.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They complete the syllabus on time. Regular classes are conducted, and teachers are highly educated and qualified. They all qualified for government examinations to become government professors. They provide knowledge not only related to the course but also help with personal problems.
Other: Many cultural programs and social activities take place in our college.

I'm not happy with the management here and also with the placement issue.
Placements: Our course had about 1500 students, and most of the rest chose to take the open examination from the same college. There is no information about the highest, lowest, or even average salary package. There are no recruiting companies or internships, but students do get on-campus internships.
Infrastructure: The library at M B Government Post Graduate College is huge, and has a wide variety of books. It's a great place to study, because it's quiet and has wifi. The classrooms are a bit dirty, but they do get cleaned from time to time. There is no hostel on campus, so wel need to find a PG nearby. Fortunately, there are plenty of PGs in the area surrounding the college.
Faculty: The teachers at M B Government Post Graduate College are quite knowledgeable and helpful, but only if we go to them and ask for help. The semester exams are moderate, as the students don't attend classes or lectures. As a result, the pass percentage is about 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in business and finance and want to pursue that. The best things about this course are the multiple career options and the specializations that are offered. The classes are well conducted, and the events, fests, and campus crowd are what the college is famous for. Not only the college students but the whole of Haldwani looks forward to these events. Scholarships are provided every year, and extracurricular activities are encouraged.

My experience of MBPG college Haldwani.
Placements: The college generally does not provide many placements, as the motive of students here is just to get a degree, after which they can further continue their studies for higher education. Approximately 30–40% % students get placements who are good in studies. Most of the students do not come to college, which results in low academic scores as they prepare for other examinations with part-time jobs. The highest package was 9 LPA, and the lowest was around 1 LPA. Generally, students don't get such internship opportunities from the college, as companies prefer to get internships from private colleges. In my course, some companies, like CA firms, financial service companies and marketing companies are here as interns. Approximately 30–35% of the students get internship placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is decent. It is one of the biggest government colleges with the greatest number of students. Students came from different regions of Uttarakhand who generally belong to lower middle-class families to get admission to this college in Haldwani. The infrastructure consists of big buildings for various departments. Every department has its own building. The college also has an auditorium hall where students can participate in various activities and show off their hobbies. The college has a Wi-Fi facility, and the classrooms are also decent with proper ventilation. Some of the classes even consists of smart boards. The library of the college is very good and students easily get books for their respective courses. Students need to make a library card to get the books. The College does not have any hostel facilities. Canteens are outside of the college. The College conducts various sports activities especially football, cricket and volleyball. Students who are interested can participate in various sports. And provided with good medical treatment.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is highly qualified, with teachers of Ph.D. and scholars with various academic qualifications teaching in the college. Their way of teaching is very nice and clear, especially for the female teachers or professors. Their way of explaining is very student-friendly. The courses have changed from NEP 2020 to the current education system. Which allows students to study skill-based subjects to enhance their work ethics. The exams are conducted on a semester-by-semester basis. Previously, it was on an early basis but after NP 2020, the semester pattern started following. The semesters are usually easy to moderate. The pass percentage is above 80–85%, which is excellent.
Other: I chose this course because I am a commerce student and it was a perfect fit for me. The course provided me with knowledge of finance, business, and administration. After completing the B.Com. course, I can pursue an M.Com. or MBA, which are also related to the B.Com. course, so it will be easier for me to grasp the material. While the course is decent, there are a few things that could be improved, such as providing a deeper knowledge of the subject and applying those learnings to current and future topics. The college conducts various festivals and festivities for students, and students often receive scholarships, both for merit and for all types of students.

All facilities are very good in this college.
Placements: Around 92% of students got placed in our course. It is a government college. Our college provides fewer placement opportunities. They provide internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. The library is good. Wi-Fi is available with a maximum limit of 30 MB. Classrooms are well-maintained, but students do not visit our college regularly. The hostel and canteen facilities are not available in our college. They conduct sports activities. Our college has an NCC club.
Faculty: Our teachers are good and helpful. The teaching quality is up to the mark. They will teach very well if students go to college regularly. They help us during admission. They conduct exams every year. Exams are not easy. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to do an MBA. Students should come to the college regularly.
