College for learning and opportunities.
Placements: Placements were good, but it will depend on the student's individual performance. The highest salary package was 7 LPA, the lowest package was 1.8 LPA, and the average will be around 4 LPA. There were companies like Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and more companies that will recruit here. So many students get good internships in top companies.
Infrastructure: College has good classroom facilities for every student. The college has 2 libraries where we can get many types of books. Also, the college has best labs with good systems for learning. The college has large grounds for 3 colleges for all types of games.
Faculty: Faculty was well-educated and provided a top-notch learning experience for them. They were too friendly with us to clear all our doubts. Students will have a good experience to get into the industry after completion of college. The semester exams were too easy if we focus on 3 units per exam.
Other: I chose this college because it was nearby for me and has good opportunities. My course was one of the best for top companies. The placement can improve our course because it will help all the students. The college has many events for students like Pongal celebration, Sports Day, etc.

MGR College does not offers any UG DIploma course. The college offers vrious courses in the fields of Science, Commerce, Humamities, Management, Computer Science, etc at the undergraduate and the postgraduate level. The University has not released the 2023 placement statistics yet. However, the NIRF report 2023 is released. As per the report, 1,130 UG students were placed during Dr MGR University placements 2022. The median package offered to UG (4-year) students was INR 9 LPA.
