Yes, you can get admission in MG Science Institute because elgibility criteria is you must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board.

You have to fill first round of counseling to be eligible for second round. If you didn't fill for first round, then you are not eligible for second round.

Yes, you can get admission in M G Science, as your board score is above 60 percent. You should apply for this college and participate in counselling process. BSc biochemistry is very good in this college.

You don't fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of 60% marks in class 12th board, so you can not get admission in this college. I will suggest you to either reappear in the exam or go for other private colleges via management quota
