The registration fee for the B.Com LL.B course at M.S. Ramaiah College of Law (MSRCL) is strictly non-refundable. At the time of online application, candidates must pay a registration fee of ₹1,200, and this amount will not be returned under any circumstances — even if the applicant does not attend the entrance test or interview. However, the tuition fee paid after securing admission follows a separate refund policy. If a student decides to withdraw, the college processes the refund as per its official guidelines. A processing charge of around ₹5,000 is usually deducted from the refundable amount. As per the general refund structure:If cancellation is made at least 15 days before the last date of admission, a full refund (after deductions) may be given. If withdrawal is done less than 15 days before the last date, around 90% may be refunded. If cancelled within 15 days after the last date, about 80% is refunded.Between 15 to 30 days after the last date, around 50% may be refunded. No refund is given if withdrawal happens after 30 days from the last admission date or once classes have started.Students who discontinue the course after classes begin may also be liable to pay the remaining course fee, depending on the college rules. It is always advisable to confirm the latest policy directly with the college before taking admission decisions.
