The faculty is really good.
Placements: We can work under ENT doctors, we can set up our own clinics, we can become professors, we can work in rehabilitation centers, we can work as speech therapists as well as audiologists, we can go into the business of hearing aids, we can also be social workers setting up camps for hearing screening, etc.
Infrastructure: As this is not a complete college, it has hospital services, which are really good, and the best doctors work here. On the 4th and 5th floors, there are designated classes for the college to run. The mess food is not that great, but it is overpriced. As we are in a medical field with no proper campus infrastructure, we don't get sports often.
Faculty: Teachers working here are really qualified and very peaceful. They help in all the aspects where we have a problem and are really supportive. Due to the hospital setup, we have a good amount of exposure with patients, so from the starting stages, we understand how to deal well with a patient. Exams are not that tough; they are really easy, just need to focus in classes and a bit of revision.
Other: I chose this course to become an audiologist. My grandfather has had a hearing problem for more than 4 years, and once, when I took him to a local government hospital, they gave him some ototoxic medicine, which made it much worse. Since then, I’ve been passionate about being an audiologist who gives proper services.
