I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty members, placements, facilities, and infrastructure.

Placements: In government medical colleges, placements are not as formal as in engineering and management courses. The top hospitals and healthcare organizations that offer positions to MD Respiratory Medicine graduates include corporate and multi-specialty hospitals, private chest and super-specialty clinics, and others. Top roles include chest physician, critical care specialist, medical advisor, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are well-maintained, with dedicated respiratory medical wards and ICUs available. Sleep labs, bronchoscopy suites, and PFT labs are also accessible. A well-equipped radiology and pathology department is present. Hostels and mess facilities are good and available for the PGs.

Faculty: Teachers are well-behaved with all students, and they are well-versed in both teaching and clinical works. They guide us through theory, practical skills, research, and bedside manner. This course follows the syllabus prescribed by the National Medical Commission and Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. We have periodic internal theory and practical exams throughout the three years.

Infrastructure is not to the mark, but facilities are better.

Placements: In this college, you cannot expect anything. Everything depends on your hard work and dedication, which makes you strong when you face the society. Students should come forward to internships as our college doesn't help in any way. They should be brave enough.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not up to the mark and can't expect from a government college. Food is much better as compared to other government colleges. Medical facilities are very good for students. Classrooms have to be renovated.

Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant, which makes you a better learner, and you can study a lot here. Studies are better here. Our college is located in the main area, and it is helpful for students to have social interactions. This college is better.

Other: Many extracurricular activities are conducted here.
